Wonderful experience. Gabriel was great. Very thorough and explained every test. I felt less anxious because of the office atmosphere

Dr. Syrquin saved the sight in my left eye after a fall which resulted in a retinal detachment from the 5 to 8 o'clock position. Wish he took my present insurance, I would drive from Eastern Oklahoma, near Tulsa, for his services again. He is the best.
Dr Carter wanted to give me the highest price of Lens for Cataract surgery plus wanted cash. No good reviews. I wasn't willing to pay Dallas Cowboy prices.
What can I say? I was blind but now I see!! They are the best, the bomb, the absolute pinnacle of cataract surgery. I had my first surgery yesterday and today I am a new person...clear vision in that eye, no pain and great after care. Thank you Dr. Whitman, God bless you all.
The worst experience at a doctor's office yet! True, the wait times are not long, and the equipment seemed to be advanced, but just know that if you are going in for an EKG, it appears to be protocol for them to then ask you back for a stress test. (I heard the receptionists asking, "have you had your stress test yet?") to pretty much everyone who walked up to the glass. It seems to me that they should have had it all scheduled during my first visit instead of wasting my time away from work. I went back for my stress test. The technician had terrible bedside manner, not instructing me for what they wanted me to do beforehand, barking orders at me the time of, not warning me that something she was doing might be uncomfortable/painful or letting me know how long the discomfort would last. After the test I was asked to wait in a side waiting room for about 40 minutes until I was told the doctor I was there to see (Dr. Diaz) was out and would be out for the next week. They said they were looking for a doctor to read and discuss the results of my test, but by then it was 4:40 in the afternoon and everyone was leaving, so I had to schedule yet another appointment with another doctor at their private practice, much further away in order to discuss my results before an upcoming surgery. It also seems to me that if they knew my doctor (who promised that he would personally write a recommendation that I was cleared for surgery) was going to be out, they could have let me know before I got there and let me either re-schedule my appointment and my surgery to be able to see the doctor, or schedule me to see a different doctor, but they clearly have absolutely no regard for my time whatsoever. I expressed my frustration and received little to no empathy. I will never go back to this facility and I will never be back to see Dr. Diaz again.
Everyone is so professional and friendly at every turn you see smiles and welcoming faces. It must be wonderful to work there, they all seem to be really happy at work you don't find that in many places. I felt wonderful just coming and experiencing all this at just to have my eyes done so Thank You Key Whitman!
Have been going there for years and continue to love it. The new location is great and service was faster than ever. Very professional and first class.
The nurses, staff, & Doctors are awesome! I received the answers I needed to make an informed decision about the lens implant that would work best for me and allow me to maintain my current lifestyle.Robert Donosky
Best vision I have had since I was ten years old. Seamless cararact and astigmatism surgery from start to finish. I had forgotten how many stars were in the sky.
In 1997, Dr. Herman performed my lasix surgery in two different procedures due to the severity of my nearsightedness and astygmatism. It took 6 months for the vision to settle into normal but the radical improvement was like being touched by God. 5 years later, he did my cataract surgeries. Amazing man. Gifted surgeon.
