Loan source pre-approved a loan for our buyer knowing fully well buyer had no money for down payt and closing costs, as well as poor credit. We, the sellers, don't find this out until close to closing, then are expected to help the buyer with his loan costs. We find out by viewing our closing statement and, surprise! We are paying the costs for the buyer. Worse, they send an appraiser who deems our property now significantly worth less, who uses comps of houses in seedy neighborhoods. And the entire process took two months at that!
Exactly why I like them. Very kind, they know how to handle buyers well. I doubted first that they could sell my property on that amount but the result was totally opposite. The buyer didn't had any second thoughts and just bought the property. Thanks Guys.

It is a clean and safe place to live great community I been her a year an loving it,come see for yourself.
My neighbors smoke weed and it smells horrible all day in my apartment.. I have reported it 4 times to management but they dont seem to care.. I have kids and it is very frustrating for us to have to put up with this smell all day.. Im done and at this point i dont mind breaking our contract with them.. Im tired of it..
Run for your life, counting the days until my lease is over. Tenants get no respect or love. All the bad reviews are true. Don't use the online pay or expect anything fixed quickly or at all. You have been warned!
