I've been there several times and it is always the same so I finally decided to leave a review and decided after today's visit I'll never return to any fys location. Customer service (or lack thereof) is hands down the worst I've ever experienced. I've had employees turn and walk the other direction to avoid helping me/other customers. 2 customers were telling a cashier as I was walking out!! And if you're fortunate enough to actually find someone to ask a question they're usually rude/sarcastic/cynical/condescending/completely unprofessional...there are far to many options these days and I will be utilizing any and all of them for my business and home needs before I ever step foot in another Frys again!! And anyone that reads this and thinks it's untrue please go to any of their locations and see for yourself.
Unlocked phones available in good pricing. Helpful and great customer service. Helped me get my new phone in good pricing and great quality. I love that they have so many accessories also. I wish I had found them before doing phone repair and buying accessories and unlocked phones.

Did my cell phone repair on 30 minute. They did a very good job in good pricing. iPhone screen repair only $65.00 plus gave me tempered glass in free. Man these guys are absolute best at what they. Well my story started with Sprint after being over billed month after month. I decided to get my Sprint iPhone's unlocked and moved over to T-Mobile. These guys had all 4 of my iPhones unlocked. I took all 4 iPhone's to T-Mobile and now am saving money and have better coverage. Thanks Cell Phone City!
Ayyyyyyyyeeee is yo boi yung Delio. As the city well knows I love using my phone- it's essential. This place destroyed my Phone. This place with the shit-lime green walls and unwelcoming foldable chairs took my money for free- didn't even give me a hug at least. I make bandz but damn bruh y'all gotta chill, its 35 dollars I lost. Now I'm out here sitting at a local diner, watching this hood get gentrified thru it's window- how can I stand up for the lil business when they don't even have my back. At least this burger was dope. Delio out.
It seems like it's easier to buy than getting the service here. I waited for over an hour to get my iphone replaced but most of the staffs were helping ppl who wants to purchase the items. I understand that's how business works but please take care of all your customers includding the ones that needs a replacement!
Today was easy to understand why many are switching to Samsung. I was always loyal customer of Apple products like: computers, iPads, phones , watch etc ... for my whole family, but I see that the quality of their equipment and customer service has declined. I had an unusual situation, after visiting the apple store at north park mall, waiting for almost 1 hour and half and been informed by the kid technician that after following the instructions to update my phone 6 plus literally stopped working your touch screen function, even called one manager to try to convince me which coincidentally at the same time that my phone was doing the update there was a crash hardware, where I had to pay $ 300 to fix it. Sad to see a iPhone 6plus at perfect looks and condition just one year and few months paid off... no help no mercy pay $900 and take a fragile device inside your pocket They will send so many updates and crash your poor iphone . Feeling so frustrated with Apple !
