Avoid this dealership at all costs. I've had my previous car serviced here before. While the staff have always been courteous, there was always an issue with the service. Bolts holding the components around the the engine were never replaced. Completely removed and never returned the air filter screws (had to use industrial zip ties to keep the lid in place while we ordered new screws). Minor scratches to the cloth interior. One time a lug nut was not returned after doing a tire rotation.This time, the service center damaged my new vehicle and have yet to resolve the situation. Went in Saturday February 3rd for the 30k maintenance and state inspection. During this process, my vehicle was damaged and the windshield had to be replaced. It took them over 3 hours to gather the courage to tell me about said damage while I sat and waited (this should have been an hour/hour 30 turn-around). The bumper, hood, and roof all sustained damage. While they replaced the windshield "free of charge," they did a horrible job of cleaning up the mess inside the vehicle. To the point of "if someone sat in this car, they would have been hurt." There were glass pieces everywhere along the front seat, floorboards, dashboard, even the glove box! I understand that glass tends to travel, but the thumbnail size pieces were sitting on the passenger front seat. In plan view. There is no excuse to have had my car returned to me in such a manner. Instead of going back to the dealership to have it cleaned, I did it myself. I no longer trust them with my car. There was even glass in the air filters. I had to get new ones as a precaution. It's now been a month since this incident occurred. No call back. Every time I call in I get placed on hold or sent to a full voice mail. The corporate office continues to do nothing and sends me back to the dealership.

In my 9+ years living at Summerset II Apts, I have had the opportunity to work along-side Perry Guest Property Management. I can honestly say that I have never found one that parallels the excellent service, depth of knowledge and professional conduct that Patty in the main office offers. She is quick to please her tenants, and get things done around the property as they are needed. Thank you Patty for being awesome!
If you cancel your membership as an account rep, make sure you get an email that confirms you cancelled. They charged me for 8 more months and said they had no time stamp that I cancelled. Horrible company. Horrible rates for their customers.
If I could give this company no stars, I would. I currently live in one of their buildings and it's been the worst experience. They spent NO money on insulation, I can hear when the neighbor COUGHS, walks, closes cabinet doors, EVERYTHING. If you like peace and quiet when you get home, you're never gonna find it here, EVER. Ghetto tenants with no consideration for their neighbors and by the way, this building is technically uptown. Can't wait to move far away from these trashy people. The worst.

it seems they go by "Rent-a-car of Texas" also.had a one day rental on 17th july(2200 WEST 32ND STREET UNIT 61-3033, DALLAS, TX 75261 USA) & they charged me $150 refundable deposit.it's been a month & i still don't see any refund.i tried to contact them by filling a form on their website & when i entered all the details & click submit, it just doesn't do anything,just shows up the same page.i called them multiple times & they forward me to billing department & WHICH ALWAYS GOES TO VOICE MAIL & I LEAVE VOICEMAIL & NOTHING AFTER THAT.I GUESS I HAVE TO DEAL THIS WITH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY NOW.PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
WARNING! SCAM! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR DEPOSIT!!!If I could rate lower than 1 star, I would. This has been one of the most frustrating experiences of my life.... For starters, I found this company through Kayak's website. It listed it as Rentacar of Texas, and the price was cheaper than anybody else's so I gave it a shot. I should have known when something sounds too good to be true, it usually is....I proceeded with pre-paying for my rental car about a month before our trip. A few week's later, they took a $150 deposit. Okay, so far so good pretty normal stuff. When we arrived at the DFW airport, I never received a text or phone call about pickup. I finally had to call the company directly and after being transferred multiple times, we finally were able to get a text from the driver that he was on his way. He showed up in an older SUV with no kind of markings whatsoever to indicate that he was with the Rental car company. It was at this point, that I found out the company was actually called Ausby Car Rentals and not Rentacar of Texas. I don't know if these are the same company or what the deal is.... Mind you this is my first time ever in the Dallas area, so I was very skeptical, but proceeded since I had no other option really. We get in the car with the guy, and he tells us that we are going to a hotel. Turns out they don't even have an office near the airport, but the business is run out of the hotel, which was really sketchy to me. We get to the hotel, and our rental car is there and it looked to be okay. We go inside and fill out the paperwork, everything seems OK still.We returned the vehicle back to the hotel on June 28th. No damage, half tank of gas, everything was alright. I expected to have my deposit back in a week or so. The 4th of July holiday was the next week so I was patient to allow for possible delays. Finally after another week of waiting with no refund or emails, I call the company. This is where things get really confusing. The phone number sometimes will ring RentaCar of Texas, but other times Ausby Car Rental. They will give you the total runaround to try and get you off the phone. Transferring you to the "Accounting department" never gets a real person on the end. They send you to a voicemail and noone will ever call you back. I called this company probably 10 times over the span of a couple weeks, and kept getting excuse after excuse of why I hadn't received my deposit back. "The holidays delayed things" "They are waiting on the tolls to come back from the state" "Their systems were down" etc....... Not only did I not get the deposit back, but I never even got the confirmation email they supposedly sent multiple times showing that I would receive it back. I spoke with the guy last thursday and he said I would get the email confirmation by close of business Friday. I waited all weekend, and still no email or deposit showing back. I call again on Monday and he says for sure I will see it by the end of the day, still nothing. I call back today, and he places me on hold for 15 minutes, then transfers me to the non-existent accounting department again. I finally decided enough is enough, and I broke down and called my credit card company to dispute the transaction. PLEASE do not do business with Ausby Car Rental or RentaCar of Texas, they are running a scam!! They will steal your deposit. It is not worth saving the few extra dollars. I really hope enough of these reviews will get them shut down!!!!!
I am a Realtor and I used to like working with Perry Guest Co...but after a few months, I learned they have a terrible sales staff. They're extremely rude and unorganized, they don't keep their listings updated, causing me to waste time touring properties that are not available. I missed a call from Matteo Faeth (Partner, Investment Services Division) because I was on the phone with a client and couldn't answer, so he emailed me "I just tried calling you. If you can't make a 1 minute phone call then don't rent from us. "...Wow.
I live at the 4931 Gaston Ave property, where a neighbor's pitbull has attacked and severely injured two dogs and its owner. These people had only lived here for six weeks and their dog attacked TWICE. Animal Control took it the second time for a 10-day quarantine, but Perry Guest has decided to LET THE DOG RETURN. And also gave zero notice to any of us whose dogs have been attacked.Furthermore, they've just let ANOTHER pitbull move in. This property is a small 24-unit building with a very small enclosed courtyard.Patti and Nicole, on behalf of Perry Guest told me that our pets are not their business. I told them they are responsible for providing a safe living environment, they said they were not. This conversation was recorded.They told me I could just move out if I didn't like it. These people do not care about you or anything about your safety. If you have pets or children especially, DO NOT MOVE TO A PERRY GUEST PROPERTY.
