This is not a real company. They are scam artists associated with the phone number 303-225-6625 that defraud people while claiming to sell their timeshare. They are most likely operating out of the country, likely Mexico. If they contact you, alert the attorney general.
My friend told me about AKC Mortgage last month, but my builder provided financial services as well and provided a rebate to us. I was struggling to make a decision about who to choose. I am so glad I chose to use AKC Mortgage. When you shop around for a mortgage rate, the broker always quotes the lowest market rate for you. After the approved procedure, my credit score prevented me from getting the best rate. I am aware of the numerous factors that can influence a mortgage interest rate. Mark only increased my rate 0.125% compared with others who increased it by 0.375%. I’m not surprised that my friend told me save my time shopping around and instead to just use Mark's loan.

This made me believe I made the right choice. Mark's team handled the loan processing very well to meet my closing date. He confirmed with us when the rate was locked and when the lock expiration date was in a very professional way. Sometimes I received Mark's replies to my email after midnight. Mark works very hard to make his customer satisfied. No doubt, you can trust him. Use him to save time rather than shopping around the tricky mortgage market.

Worst service, Mark and team initially attracts the customers with low interest rate to get the application started and they won't lock the interest rate any time. They will make sure you send the documentation, application fee, appraisal fee and get the loan application progress. They won't even answer or confirm on the rate lock, after multiple communications they came back saying they can't honor the rate they quoted and ask you to pay huge amount to buy the points (They quote you with ZERO points) or higher interest rate (In my case it was about 0.7% higher than the quoted) and finally they reveal that they can't meet the closing date.Am paying every month $200 extra as these guys didn't lock the rate and had to go thru lot of stress for about one month and finally moved on to other lender as was about miss the closing date and builder was not ready to move the closing date.Mark was not even confirming the later closing date and keep on giving a week range of closing dates. They keep on adding the charges to the initial fee worksheet they give. Initially it looks smaller amount but later they make it higher as you already started the process.I lost $550 for appraisal fee and credit report services they make you pay while starting the application.BE AWARE of AKC Mortgage or PM Rate. Not following the fair lending practices.
This company did not keep their promise. They said the loan will be close within 21 days but my loan started since November 18 but now it is Dec 27th, we still dont know when we can close the loan. The people- Greg West and Terra that working on our loan are lacking of responsibilities. When I tried to talk to them to find out the time to close the loan, he hang up his phone. Never go for this company. Find the better one like the banks not this small company. Even I call his boss, no response as well.
Very bad service. They quote very low interest rate just to get the business and once you pay them the money to start the process. You are screwed. They take months to close the loans and will never give you the rate they quoted at the beginning. They will tell you that rate has been changed as it is market driven.
