Great service and food!!! Everyone was so kind and polite from the moment we walked in. Nice, vintage atmosphere.
The best French cuisine I've had in the states. From the moment we walked in the door, the atmosphere was authentic, and relaxing. No overdecorated Americanized version of what a French restaurant should be. The owner and staff all French and extremely helpful and charming. My lamb was cooked to…
A good mix of food, and what they do, they do it right. If you eat out alot in Dallas, and want to try somewhere new that is great for a night out on the town which involves getting all gussied up, look no further-
Approaching the restaurant you are wonderfully transported into the French countryside by the thoughtful design. Inside, the ambience is warm and inviting. We were met with a gracious smile and immediately led to our table. Our waiter was friendly and helpful. Throughout our meal he was attentiv…
A great dining experience in Uptown Dallas. Outstanding service, fantastic tasting gourmet food and desserts very nicely presented, good portions, nice atmosphere. We would absolutely want to dine there again when in Dallas.
I called to book a January brunch in November for 20+ people to celebrate my daughter's baptism at another restaurant in town - The Screen Door. Two weeks before the brunch (and after invitations had gone out) the Screen Door emailed me to let me know management decided to close on Sundays . . …
Love this restaurant. The menu is great and the food is delicious. From the minute you walk in the front door until you leave, you will find a friendly competent chef and wait staff. Nothing disappointing about \r PARIGI.

Seven friends and I recently visited Bijoux during restaurant week and learned for ourselves that it does deserve all those stars. Everything from the service to the food was excellent including the atmosphere, not too stuffy but at the same time you knew you were in a proper setting. Usually re…
My family and I love going to Toulouse in Highland Park. The ambiance is charming and reminds us of our favorite Paris bistros. The food is traditional bistro fare that is always consistent and delicious. I love the roasted chicken, steak frite, mussels, chocolate mousses and souffles.

Although I agree that the service is slow, it is totally worth your time. The food is absolutely delicious, and I have been in love with this place ever since my first visit last month. My table was outside and very romantic, despite being elbow-to-elbow with other tables...you'll find some of t…

Rediscovered salad nicoise and escargot here. Not many places do it any more. Everything we had was good and beautifully presented. Looking forward to trying more of this chef's menu. Nice atmosphere and enjoyable dining experience. Glad to find another serious food place in north dallas.
The French Room provides an unsurpassed level of service. We were treated like royalty from the moment we were greeted. There was a short wait for our table which we had a reservation for, so they served us an appetizer and drinks in the waiting room. The first class service continued throughout our meal. Then when I got up to use the restroom, they walked me all the way to the door to show the way. And when they saw me returning to our table, they rushed over to get there before me so they can pull my chair out for me, where I found a new folded napkin there to replace the lightly used one we left at the table. Same routine when my wife got up to use the restroom. The food and presentation was also first class. If you want to treat someone to a very special meal, this is the place.
Family atmosphere, accommodating service, good food. Went on Tuesday night, light crowd made up mostly of families with niños.
Their Caesar salad and tomato soup are truly my favorites! I always go to this restaurant when I'm in Dallas.
Fun restaurant with lots of purple decor! Go, TCU! Their shakes are my favorite, and the burgers are yummy too! Nice location with lots of parking.
This was on my bookmarked list so I decided to try it today since I wasn't too far. The place looked closed from the outside and today for lunch I was only one of 5 other diners here (and they are only open for lunch too). The place has a 'hushed' almost unfriendly vibe to it: the old waiter kind of slinks around although when he decides to walk up to you he is friendly in an aloof sort of way.The menu was a copy of a copy, run on a copier using cheap paper stock, and the print was skewed. Very sloppy. The menu items/offerings are GF (grain free) or P (paleo) or neither, just look for the letter code in front of every item. Also check out the black board for today's specials.I ordered the Ahi Tuna Salad and a side of Israeli Couscous: dang did it take forever to get. Did they go fishing for the tuna? Overall if was all good, not great, not worth a special trip, if you are within walking distance come over but otherwise go elsewhere to dine.My low grade is for overall feel, vibe, waiter and time it took for my food to show up.
It's nothing more than yet another sandwich/burger/wraps/salad place, but with a teeny tiny menu. "Healthy" I suppose is the draw (and salads are served in plasticwear, hmmm).
coolest restaurant in Dallas. Been going there for over 40 years and is always fun. Many famous people have walked thru those doors and continue to do so to this day. When the Byron Nelson was played in Dallas, it was neat to see Arnie, Lee and Jack walk in and go to the club. Love the pizza, crab claws and the hamburger. Yea, they make a great hamburger.R
I came here for pupusas and not much else: surprise, it's not the main focus of their menu as this is predominantly a Salvadoran restaurant with quite a variety of items.I tried the pork and the beef pupusas for lunch today: I would be very hard pressed to tell you which one was which as they both tasted alike with way too much cheese and not enough meat or flavor. And they serve the most boring watery salsa I've ever had.Staff are friendly.
Dallas take on pizza in an old style pizza joint staffed by waiters that would never leave the cannoli in the car *wink*.I always create my own toppings pizza: garlic with anchovies. No one ever asks for a slice.
