Chose an extended contract for lower fixed rate. Regardless. After some time they increased rate staying It was in the fine print that they could do this. When I called threatening to cancel, they immediately entered a cancel order without any type of effort to retain me as a customer. Also, this company used an “evergreen clause” to continuously trap you into a contract. If you don’t follow the complicated required procedure to cancel your contract it will automatically renew. What kind of reputable company would do such a thing? Trap you into a new contract? Also, when I was originally signed up, it was by a deceptive third party company selling omnitracs services with absolutely zero customer service for its product. They were more worried with churning out new customers and making money. Since then, I have two units that have never worked properly and more than half continuously lose satellite communication or other random problems. When and if I could get a hold of the salesperson, he offers little to no help in resolving issues. With such a large number of competitors out there, how in the world does omnitracs think they can treat customers in this fashion and stay in business. I truly wish I could give negative stars to this company.

I called trying to buy a ticket, the lady who answered the call was very rude. no customer services skills. I asked for different options and prices. she put me on hold for 10 min. I called back asked to talk to a manager. she said that because I was asking for many different times and she had people there that needed help. I told her many times I need to reserve the ticket and hung up on me. after that they did not answered the phone.LLame para hacer una reservacion y la persona que contesto fue demasiado grosera. me puso en espera mas de 10 minutos. llame nuevamente y le dije por que me colgo y me dijo que yo estaba preguntado por diferentes precios y salidas, y que tenia personas ahi que necesitaban su ayuda. la verdad esta mujer no tiene nada de educacion para tratarr al cliente. le pedi hablar con el supervisor y sencillamente me colgo y no volvieron a contester la llamadas. si asi es el servicio desde que uno intent coprar el boleto imaginense cuando ya viaja con ellos.

El servicio de transporte y los chóferes se llevan 5 estrellas lastima d personal en la oficina d Dallas el personal d ahí es grosero y prepotente ayer tuve la peor d las experiencias era la primera vez q utilizaba este transporte pedi información acerca d un autobús y m dijeron q d esa parte no tenían salidas q no m podían ayudar se portó tan grosera y arrogante antes d eso llame para preguntar y solo m ponía en espera entre 15 y 20 minutos desde las 4 q intente hablar con ella hasta q m fui a su pagina web y encontré 1800 para pedir información nada q ver la persona q m ayudo ojala y entrenen a su personal d Dallas porque cundo fui a la oficina y pedí su nombre m dijo q esa información no m la podía dar entonces para q esta ahí..yo quise ayudar a otras personas dándoles el 1800 porque tenían el mismo problema no les daban información y al persona estaba d tan mal humor q ya tenían miedo preguntar..lastima no creo seamos nosotros los únicos pasajeros q perderán por su culpa����
It's not possible to rate this company low enough on "Expertise, Professionalism, and Promptness" because they fail on all fronts. We have been dealing with this company since June (5 months) to accomplish warranty repairs. "Rob" was the person supposedly overseeing our job. He has yet to return phone calls, as promised. When reached, his typical response is "Oh, yeah, we've been swamped here." Parts that we were told would be in in August became Sept, then Oct, Nov. He now not only does not return phone calls, but has others say for him, "You'll need to contact the warranty company." In 26 years of homeownership, my husband and I have never dealt with a less professional, less service-oriented company. So disappointed our warranty company directed us their way. We do not recommend this company. We actively make a point of steering people clear of All-Tex Parker.
The owner of North Pride Trucking Jose Villarreal hit my son today and took off from the scene, luckily my son wasn't hurt, and was able to follow Jose to his place of delivery off 46th and Tejon. Neither Jose nor my son was ticketed since there were not witnesses. What infuriates me is that Jose didn't have the human decency to stop and see if my son was injured. I would encourage anyone doing business with North Pride Trucking to cease from doing so, his actions today proves lack of character! There are a number of other trucking companies that may be used. Yo viajo muy seguido de dallas a zacatecas por lo menos 2 a 3 veces al ano usando esta linea de autobus. Cada vez que regreso a esta oficina esta peor, el personal es muy incompetente y no saben como tratar a los clientes, empezando con la manager que haciste en la oficina por la manana. Es una verdadera estupida e imbecil que al hacerle una pregunta a cual no sabe la respuesta, asusta al clinete con la amenaza de no venderle boletos. Mi pregunta era la siguinete: "porque en nuevo laredo tiene uno que trasbordar autobuses y esperar de 3 a 4 horas si dice que el viaje es directo?" La respueta de la manager fue la siguinete: "a mi no me importa lo de mexico, a mi me importa lo de este lado (USA) ademas ya no le voy a vender los boletos por grosero!" Esa fue su respueta. Haci que camine uno metros a la oficina del Turimex y compre mis boletos. Nadie es indispensable y menos esa manager que pone muy mal ejemplo para los demas empleados. Quien sabe que le hara la manger al dueno para creerse la accionista mayoritaria. Y esto si es faltarle al respeto como de lo que ella me acuso.
**BEWARE** The owner is a well known scammer. Most of his business are banned from the state of Georgia and the City of Dallas due to several lawsuits and shoddy deals. He moved to Texas after being banned from Georgia. Make sure you have everything in writing and have him sign it if you do business with him.
