Horrible Horrible Horrible not.professional at ALL!

According to Texas law it is illegal to charge someone for their personal property when a car has been towed. Statue 85.722. Dont let these people s@#$ on you. Know your civil rights. They are unprovoked extremely rude. My truck got towed in front of my house as I was yelling at them to let me get my stuff out. They didn't even take the parking break off. As they drove off the front end of my truck was dragging and sparking and it left a huge gouge in the asphalt all the way up the hill. They called me ahead of time and lied and said they were the finance company and they were going to put the 1missed payment on the end of my contract. 1 1/2 hrs later they were picking it up. The finance company said they didnt call. So I scheduled an appt to get my stuff out. When I got there they charged me $32. Then they wouldn't let me get my stuff out because I didn't have a spare key. My keys where in the vehicle when they towed it. Somehow they lost it. 3 hrs, $32, and a call to the cops I finally got my stuff. They tried to make me sign a property report before I ever even saw the truck. I wrote on there that I haven't seen it then they wouldn't give me a copy and/or the receipt. These peope need to be shut down!!! I know of at least 3 laws they broke in this process. Be ready for a civil suit dealing w/ these people. I had to call the cops in them to let me get my stuff even after I paid their UNLAWFUL property fees. REALLY!!!

This pace is absolutely terrible. All of the employees there were extremely rude and uncooperative.



They try to bully you into signing a damage report BEFORE they let you see your car by threatening to simply reschedule your pick up time if you don't sign the damage report BEFORE even being able to inspect the car.



Incredibly unprofessional and they should be shut down for the way they conduct their business.

Westmark repossed a car from my rental property in Jan 13 and the truck ran across my yard and caused at least $1,000 worth of damage. A police report was filed against this firm for the damage and I have been trying to settle the matter with a Tracy Bailey who keeps putting me off by saying she has to talk to the driver who will pay for these damages out of his pocket and than I am told she needs to talk to her boss. For customer service and for being a responsible firm for their mistakes I give them a negative 10. They don't even get a star. But I must give them something.
