If I could I would give them less than one star I would. Attempted to drop off a pre-labeled package and was treated like a child and a nuisance, not a potential customer. Customer beware.

In an effort to support small ...

In an effort to support small businesses in my neighborhood, I have frequented this particular UPS store for years. This past week, my iPhone was stolen from this location. The manager was extremely unhelpful when I inquired whether my phone had been seen or found. Despite the fact that my phone was last tracked to this store according to the Apple "Find my Phone" service, the manager was entirely uninterested in providing me with any assistance whatsoever. I then asked to speak to the franchise manager, as I mistakenly assumed that she might actually be interested to learn about the incident of theft that occurred in her store and the police report that had been filed. Imagine my surprise when she returned my call and left me a scathing message. Needles to say, after learning that this location has no cameras on site (despite offering P.O. Box services) and the staff could care less about their customers, I will happily be taking my business elsewhere and I highly recommend that anyone else do the same.
