Ms. Stark is a mediator and arbitrator with over thirty years of experience as a litigation attorney. Her litigation background included general contract matters, warranty issues, the Residential Construction Liability Act, the Deceptive Trade Practices-Consumer Protection Act, business torts, commercial matters, and personal injury. She represented plaintiffs and defendants in cases ranging from small claims to multi-million dollar matters involving individuals and a wide variety of business entities. For the last twenty years of her litigation practice, most matters arose in the context of failed construction contracts and real estate transactions, including construction defects, water damage, foundation movement, mold contamination, and seller’s disclosure issues.

Ms. Stark earned her law degree in 1982 from Villanova University where she was the Third Circuit Editor for the Law Review. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Texas. She practiced with William M. Hayner & Associates for fifteen years, handling general civil litigation and personal injury matters. In 1998, she formed The Law Office of Anne P. Stark, P.C.
