Ray Scott - State Farm Insurance Agent

I have my home owners policy as well as a home systems protection policy with Ray Scott-State Farm. I have used the home systems protection policy twice already, on my A/C unit and on my separate heating unit. Both claims were paid with ease and saved me thousands of dollars in repair costs! I would recommend to any homeowner that they add this protection policy immediately!

Worst insurance angency I have ever dealt with. Where to begin. They couldn't resolve an issue over the span of 7 months, communication is a foreign concept to them with the exception of empty apologies with no follow through, nothing has been done as promised, had to get corporate involved, and then they didn't respond to my request for a different agent on two different occasions. I have never been so livid with a company in my entire life - don't waste your time with these people.
