Proz Pest Control Dallas TX

I have ended my contract with Proz after 4 years of service due to customer service. The office CSR is definitely ran by young uneducated,no respect ladies. I love my tech Andy and the only reason ive stayed this long. LINZIE argued with the customer "me" in an unprofessional tone of voice and I gladly said I will be canceling my services with Proz. An hour in a half later I got an email with an invoice stating "cancelation of service and charging me my quarterly fee! Wow, no call from a manager, nothing! Just proved to me how they do not deserve my business. I've had to have them come to out numerous times during quarterly but that was not the reason I ddecided to end,it was the young lady arguing with me on the phone. Im in awe, wow.

Terrible customer service. Very unprofessional. First service free does not mean first quarter free. They come out once for a pre-treatment which is free then they come out 2 weeks later and charge you for it. They have what seems to be teenage girls running the office. I never complain about any company but this one left me furious!

Proz is AWESOME! I have had a big problem with bugs and since I started working with Proz the bugs are almost completely gone. I have tried other companies but always had a ton of problems. I'm definitely staying with Proz!

We had some problems with trail ants in out kitchen area when we signed up. They came a treated and they went away for 2 weeks. Ants showed up coming out of another area and they came out for free and took care of it. We havent seen any ants since.

We had seen alot of spiders since we live in a new subdivision and have seen a big reduction in spiders. Proz was up front and told us that we would still see some spiders. I asked my neighbors about spiders and they told me the same thing that you cant totally get rid of them.



Overall Proz has been great and I am happy to say I have had my same tech for going on 2 years now

PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAY!!! They have the worst customer service and don't care that their technicians provide mediocre service. We were fooled b/c the guy who signed us up was great - on time and thorough. Well we didn't know Mark quit till today when we had issues with spiders and made a service call. Joseph was 30 min late and blatantly lied in my face. I showed him area to spray then made sure my toddlers were out of his way. He failed to realize I was back behind him (b/c i wanted to make sure nothing was missed) and missed the important spots and said he sprayed the when I asked him to. The area he did spray were a mess - he left pools of pesticide and dripped pesticide all over our floors. I had to clean it up after he left. After letting the company know about the poor level of service by Joseph their response was too bad too sad he's the tech in your area. You want to cancel then pay us $75!!! No we are soooo sorry, is there something we can do for you. Shame on PROZ!!!!

Been a Proz customer for about 3 years. I like my technician and and office staff is friendly. Had to call them back for a couple of re-services but they are free. Overall I have been very satisfied with them.

Couldn't give them a 5 star because i feel every company could improve but definitely are a 4. When I call in Brittany and Lauren are always really nice. Technicians seem to know exactly the best ways to take care of problems that i had. We didn't have a major problem but had fire ants and spiders. Don't see fire ants anymore and spiders have been reduced a lot. Overall service and quality for price is great! Definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Shady Contract Fee's -

They sprayed twice. But still continue to see spiders and bugs in the house. Only thing that stop the spiders from coming in the house where glue traps. Also there no mention of a 250 fine for end a contract. They said I was in a two year contract. That worst then having an AT&T phone contract. At least my phone works. I will tell everyone I can to stay away from this company. There are many more companies who will do a better job. Just Google Proz Pest Control you will see this company is shady.

They desrve ONLY one star because the last technician was so nice and respectful but their spray was not strong at all. They sprayed my house 3 times and it never worked. I had another company spray ONCE and it worked VERY well! These guys want me to pay for their product when it didnt work. I dont mind paying IF IT WORKS.

I used this company for only 3 sessions in where I never actually say anybody. They would leave a note on my door after they supposedly sprayed, and then bill me a few days later at an inflated rate. After the 3rd time we come home one day and saw that there was a literal ant bed on our kitchen counters. After calling three times and getting a recording I left a very nasty message thinking this would jump start them to calling me back. Well 2 days went by with nothing. I finally called another company to remedy the ant problem.



2 months later I receive a notice from a collection agency saying a marks would be put on my credit report for a past due BILL OF $80. Give me a break, this company is a nightmare to hire. DO NOT USE PROZ PEST CONTROL!!!!!! TO put a $80 dollar bill into collection is ridiculous and unprofessional. For one, I was unhappy and for two, they didn't even try to help.. I have 2 small kids and cant have ants all over the counter. Very insanitary. Please do not use this company

The technicians are very professional and were on time. I was having problems with ants. They told me that depending on the severity of the problem it might take a couple of visits to take care of them but for the most part the ants have been gone after the first visit. They did a great job! I would reccomend them to anyone.

They keep coming to the door and I tell them I have someone else. I even called the sales manager and he said they will stop coming by but they still.



There is no communication in the company to respect a person’s privacy or wishes not to be bothered even after being told I have someone else providing pest service.



When I ask for a solicitor’s license one person said he did not know they needed one. Another one said he left it in his car. This is a violation of the community I live in and the City of Fort Worth.

Bought a new house last year and these guys sold our entire culdesac. Didn't take long and we all were frustraed with calling them back and still having problems. Bottom line they lie, cheat, sucker you into a contract and force you to stay in it with penalties or turning you over to a collections company. Our neighborhood has bascially kicked them out so be smart and spread the word. Proz Pest Control are CROOKS and need to be shut down.

I have had such great experiences with this company. The sales guy was very good at explaining the process and answered any questions I had. He was able to set me up for an appointment that worked with my schedule. The technicians that have come out did exactly as expected and more. Always willing to do the little extras I probably don't really need but want anyways. My bugs problems have been completely eliminated. Anytime I do have a problem they are willing to get some one out there right away to take care of it!
