Very disappointing getting lied to over and over again by the same person to scam me out of my money and my time. If you want to read what happened the story is on google, (the whole story will not fit on here)

Great costumer service and team.

I took my Toyota Camry in for a new stereo. I was in the middle of a road trip from Alabama to Colorado and the stock radio wasn't cutting it anymore. I talked to Mohammed and he ended up giving me a better deal than I could find anywhere else on the receiver and accommodated me quickly, my son and I went to lunch and before we could finish he called me to let me know it was done. It was installed beautifully and professionally.



The completely amazing first class service came later when I ended up having a few issues. My situation was unique, as I said I was half way across the country on a road trip, but Mohammed and his team went far above and beyond any company I have ever dealt with ever. He and his team and researched my issue and contacted the manufacturer and stayed in touch with me throughout the whole process and gave me several options. The issues got resolved far above and beyond what I would have ever hoped for.



I was treated like I was a family member more than a customer and remember I was a complete stranger before I walked through their doors. We may not always have things work perfectly the 1st time 100% of the time but New Image Autosports will put 100% into making whatever service they provide for you right!

After walking in to New Image Autosports on Alpha road I couldn't believe a store like this was in a neighborhood like that. I felt like I was in a different world. I honestly thought I would be walking in to an old, beat up hole in the wall I WAS SO WRONG. I went in last week because of all the great reviews I read online. I was not disappointed, Mohamad, the owner was very knowledgable and worked with me. I had a new pioneer radio installed and I have been using it for a week and I love it. The installation was so clean, it looks like the radio came from the factory. Best of all, I paid 100$ less than the other places I checked out. While I waited for my car to finish I enjoyed a cold coke and watched World War Z, the time flew by. If you are looking for any new gadgets for your car and you haven't already checked this place out, do it now.

Best audio shop in Dallas by far! Great customer service, very knowledgable representatives. New image has great prices, a huge variety, and a food shop environment.

These guys are the best!

I've been there several times and they always provide great service, especially Mohammad, he knows what to do and always friendly and other great thing about this shop is, they are pretty much cheapest car audio store I've ever been!!

I forgot to mention the tech guy named Miguel. I swear he is the genius.

My navigation unit that is in my car which came with the car when I bought it had issues but Miguel spent 3 hours for me and fixed it and made it work!!

I trust these guys and I will always bring my car to these guys.

Great place to get your system installed and cheap place to buy great product.

Called another location and was quoted more than this location. So I decided to go to the one on alpha rd, very happy with my new system. They guy that works here seems to know his stuff, the job was very clean. I took a few cards and passed them on to my buddies. I will be back for an alarm once i get some money next month from my tax return

I came in to get an alarm for my car, they guy there was nice and booked my appointment so I didn't have to wait there. He also was very nice to understand that I couldn't book an appointment on Saturday because of religious observances.
