DO NOT take a computer to them to repair the techs will diagnose a problem that can only be solved by buying additional merchandise from the store. I had taken a Windows PC that wasn't loading the OS properly. The tech wanted to reformat the HD and install Win8 to fix it. I took the computer home googled the error message and fixed the problem myself.

For those people complaining about, the dress shirt slacks and tie uniform, I have one thing to say PROFESSIONALISM, would you rather be talking to a guy why looks like a punk from the streets or a business man? Also, get over the commission thing if you go to frys they do the same thing, but say ""let me write you a ticket for that"" it doesn't change the price or the level of customer service. now their pricing is the best I've ever seen; for instance they have wifi routers starting at $29.99 half as much as frys, best buy, and compusa (normally $59.99). not only that but they have a wider selection of items then most other stores do. when was they last time you walked in to frys or bestbuy and could open the box of a motherboard to see if its what you need or not without being escorted out by security (happened to me at the frys in irving). All in all I love this place, the people, the products, everything so much it is practically my second home.
