Michelle's Homestyle Cooking

I went to Michelle's for the first time and ate in, but guess what they won't get another penny out of me. Let me tell you. Naw better yet ask me why? First the food was okay. The guy was awesome! After eating my first plate i got up to go get more food as i stood up and glaced around to see where my plate go. The short African chick had the audacity to call me babe, and said I couldn't use that plate again..like Duh Becky I know that! I felt disrespected bcuz i'm old enough to be her mom, or even her aunt. And then to top it all off I went back again & I saw a roach the size of my baby finger, and hurried up out of there, and will never return.

Yes, it's a buffet. Yes, it's southern comfort food (and I don't mean gentile Paula Deen-ish junk either). Got a problem with that? LOL

Food is hot and fresh, and gets replenished constantly: it all tastes way better than it looks too.

I enjoyed the fried catfish, fried pork chops, curried chicken, Caribbean Chicken and rice, the mashed potatoes, the greens, the corn, the chili mac, peach cobbler and the strong tea to wash it all down with.

I'll be napping in my car in the parking lot for the afternoon.

I called Michelle's back and the day manager was so accomidating and said she will reufnd or make another meal with the correct amt for the price we paid .
