The store itself is very confusing - first time I walked in it was on the "employee" side, and nobody was there to help us, or point in the right direction. Second the building itself is a huge failure in terms of "Car sales" design. The warehouse that is attached on the side is 2 cars wide, and there are at least 30 parked in the way back; so if you want to test drive a vehicle, they'll have to move 15+ cars to get yours out, and down the ramp (hopefully they don't scrape anything important on the way down) There's animals that walk around the office, and don't smell the best which in my eyes is very unprofessional. The staff was pretty pushy in terms of trying to get you to sign papers, and personally any dealership that has a "no haggle" policy is one I will not do business with. I did not buy a vehicle here, but the person I was with did, unfortunately. We purchased a vehicle the first week of April, and have YET to receive the metal plates. If you can tell, their website is non-existent anymore, and good luck trying to get a phone call through. The phone line goes straight to "all our agents are busy, try again later" all hours of the day, and there are no options to leave any sort of message. Thankfully the car we bought is still running; maybe we just got lucky this time. I've bought a ton of vehicles in my life, and anyone with common sense should stay away from this place! Also, a select few of the staff members contacted my friend over a social media site and messaged them very inappropriate things. I could not believe it either, but it just goes to show how very unprofessional this for lack of a better word "business" really is. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY FROM METROCREST AUTO SALES!
A big thanks to Rob and the Metrocrest family for helping me and my kids get into an affordable more dependable vehicle. Rob and his co-workers did an awesome job and greatly appreciated. I will definitely recommend them to others in need of a new car.

After a long week of searching for a vehicle we were the most pleased with Metrocrest Sales. The sales staff is very friendly and helpful. They were very positive even with my not so great credit! I would recommend anyone make the drive to Metrocrest because it's worth it! Thank yo Matias!
