We use this vendor on several of our commercial properties. Very impressed with the owners of this company, and the quality of the work their crews put out. They have always been very prompt to come out if I request additional services; furthermore, they always return my phone calls and emails in a timely manner.

Vendor installed a new lawn and sprinkler system. Large patches of the front yard have brown spots because I discovered the vendor did not lay down any top soil but just installed the grass on top of rocks. Additionally, the new sod has numerous patches of Johnson grass and nutsedge weeds. There is a sprinkler head that is a rotor that is not rotating and an additional sprinkler head needs to be installed which they have yet to do. Noticing that the grass around my foundation is dead, in spite of a drip system, I pulled up the grass only to discover large rocks underneath thus sod on top of rocks. It took weeks for the vendor to come and investigate and it has been weeks since a promise was made to do something about it. Additionally they installed a Japanese maple directly in line of a sprinkler head and the maple has its leaves blasted off by the sprinkler head.
