This IS the worst pet grooming business ever! THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE MEANS AND THE QUALITY OF WORK SUCKS! Recently my dogs were there over 8 hours without water or a pee break. They don't answer the phones!! I had to finally get my dogs and they were still not finished. The owner doesn't care! He's just interested in the dollar. I could do a better job myself !

After Adam left and Diane took over, the place has gone downhill. I have always had to request to water my pet as they do not put water in the waiting cages. As far as Customer Service goes, I have never been treated so rude and inconsiderate. They are more concerned with themselves and what works for them, than the pets and customers. Please take your pets someplace else where you both will be treated with the respect and care you both deserve and are paying for.
Very nice people who will work with you and your schedule. Have always enjoyed the friendliness and how they take special care of my dogs special needs. I never hear a complaint from them.
I wish they could expand and create a boarding area, because I would feel comfortable with leaving my dogs in their special care.

I used to go to another grooming shop that was also a huge retail store because it was close by. I would watch in horror as it appeared that they were restless and uncooperative - the groomer seemed annoyed and impatient. I felt like my dogs were just another dollar and no personalized treatment at all. . My coworker that lives close to Nadine's highly recommended them, so I said why not try them. First I called and asked a lot of questions -- Midnight is 12 and doesn't like to stand very long and Blue is full of energy and barks a lot. He can also be a little nervous. I was told that I could come by and inspect the facility. I went ahead and made the appointment. The staff was more than friendly the day of the appointment. I inspected the back of the grooming area and was unnoticed. I got to see how they cared for the pets. I heard and watched the groomers talking and interactting with the dogs. They even do cats! I couldn't believe that, but there it was in what they called a lion cut or something like that. The cages have little pillow type cushions and I saw little bones with some of them. I asked if they could be ready asap so that I could do a little shopping since I was in the area and Midnight is older. No problem. They even got a cute bandana and a little bag of bones they call a report card. I was very satisfied with the haircut and I have now been a repeat customer for over 6 months. Midnight and Blue do not hesitate to go through the door like they did at the other major chain store, Trust me...I am very picky and concerned about my babies. The staff is friendly and polite. They book appointments online which is easy for me because I can save the reminder in my inbox. I had to write this review because they deserve it and I must say my coworker was right. Thank you Rhonda for letting me know about Nadine's. 5 stars is my rating. My husband said he agreed 100 percent.

I could go on and on. One major thing is that I'm not so sure they put water in the cages for the dogs while they're there. Every time I would return home w/my dog, he would drink profusely.
Adam used to own and run the salon. He was so wonderful! He took ill some time ago and his mother, Diane bought it. I now call it a ""shop"" d/t the change in customer service.
