Hotel ZaZa Dallas

Every detail about the hotel and the room were perfect, of course.

I wondered if they all mistook me for royalty, because they treated me like a princess!!!

I love your hotel and the fun things going on. I was upgraded to a themed suite and loved it. I always stay at Zaza when in Dallas. I will be back next week.

Spencer in Monarch was very personal talking to all the guests and still worked hard helping the rest of his staff. He also gave us a coupon for free breakfast because it was my wife's birthday.

Had an absolutely fantastic time. Spa is awesome and the food in Monarch was out of this world. Best meal I've had since moving to Houston in 2008. Breakfast was amazing too. I'd be back every day if I could just for the jalapenos at breakfast. The strawberry fields cocktail was yummy. The fantastico suite was really nice, next time we want to book a bungalow by the pool.

Alex was great. There was also a lady at the front desk who was very helpful when we needed to add some guests to our room.

Truet of the valet staff provided excellent service as well as the day shift front desk staff. Absolutely prefer Zaza to the W. Great stay!

Room was great and we only stayed in a double! I can't imagine how beautiful the suites would be! Loved the pool and pool atmosphere. Bartenders were fun poolside too. Wonderful experience. =)

The ZaSpa staff were friendly and very helpful.

We are from Dallas, but life got a little too real for us a few weeks ago. So, we decided to escape from reality for a night and stayed with you guys. As I expected, the experience was just what we needed. Everyone was very friendly and ensured that a personal connection was made with us and our dog! It was great to hear the valet staff call our dog's name after only meeting him once!

You exceeded all of our expectations. We've stayed at 5 star hotels and non were as enjoyable or worth the value as Zaza.

The food at Dragonfly is exceptional. Very pleased with the staff and hotel in general. Valet was excellent.

I would like to say that the young man named David at the front desk was also very professional and took care of us graciously. We had a wonderful stay and will look forward to coming again.

I have stayed at ZaZa many, many times and I have to say the cleanliness, front desk staff, and valet service was above and beyond all of my former visits. Whatever you're doing, keep it up! Thanks so much.

First time meeting new valet staff. Keith does a fantastic job with them. Scott is always so helpful with whatever I need. I truly appreciate all of your staff. Their service is always exceptional.

If in Dallas this is the place to stay. I have stayed at Zaza several times and am always very happy with the hotel and staff.

I was totally satisfied with my experience at Hotel ZaZa. The room was really comfortable, incredibly large as hotel rooms go, and tastefully decorated. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the extra little treats like the sweet tea and cookies in the afternoon a great touch. I would certainly return, and reccomend it to anyone staying in Dallas.
