Good for delivery, not so much to stop by

The food is really good. It's your typical take out chinese food, but it's definitely my favorite takeout chinese. The portions are big and the ingredients are good, as far as I can tell.

However, I wouldn't recommend going into the restaurant to eat. It is incredibly cluttered and really poorly kept. It really takes away a lot of your confidence in the place seeing how much of a mess it is. The counter is just full of stuff, and one of the booths looked like a messy person's office, filled with papers. Nothing matches at all, and the table was sticky. Our drinks came in a paper cup, which normally I wouldn't enjoy but my confidence in their dish cleaning skills was not so great after seeing their other cleaning skills.

The people are nice, but they hardly speak English and it shows.

Great flavor, great price!

Happy Wok is under new management, I had a lemon chicken and it was delicious. The chicken was fresh, and it was seasoned perfectly. My oldest brother had chicken strips, and my youngest brother had orange chicken. All of us agree the food was very tasty. I definitely will comeback! Excellent customer service too!

Below average food

I got the lo mein. It had close to no flavor at all. Basically just bland noodles tossed in grease. My friend got a chicken of some sorts that was the same lame quality.

great little strip mall spot

when i moved to dallas, i had no idea where any restaurants were, so i stopped into this place down the street from my apartment. i have never had better sesame chicken in my life. $6.95, and enough for two meals. there's no atmosphere here to speak of, but for takeout, it can't be beat. so good.
