Epic failure. I signed papers to have my truck tires transfered from my transfer vehicle to my new vehicle. When I called to schedule, they had sold my tires on my trade in truck, as well as we're unable to locate the original tires and rims that I provided to replace the after market rims. I tried numerous times and spoke to numerous people to resolve this issue. No one would call me back, and I am now left with 2 missing sets of tires as well as several thousand off of my trade in value. Please do NOT buy a vehicle from this place!! I am out well over $8,000.00 from this dealership.

I received a quote from Friendly Chevrolet in mid-April on a new 2011 HHR. When I arrived to inspect and test drive the vehicle I was told that it actually was a demo and that I could not purchase the vehicle until May 15. I committed to buy the vehicle and scheduled an appointment to purchase the vehicle on May 15. On May 15 I went in to the dealership and was presented with a sales contract for approx $1,000 more than the quoted amount. When I told the salesman that the amount was incorrect, he said that he would fix the problem and left, not to return for approximately 1/2 hour. He then presented me with a new sales contract for approx. $590 more than the quoted price. When I told him that I expected to pay the quoted price, he left and returned in approx. 15 minutes and said that he could not sell the car for the quoted price despite the fact that he had the quoted price in writing.
He asked if I would like to speak with a manager and I said, ""yes"". He left and returned with the internet sales manager who only repeated his words.
I did not purchase a car from Friendly Chevrolet's competitors originally because of the quotation I had received from Friendly. In addition, I purchased equipment to be installed on the new HHR for use as a vehicle to be towed behind a Recreational Vehicle. Parts of this equipment are particular to the HHR and cannot be used on other vehicles.
Now vechicles with the same equipment and pricing are not available in the Dallas area which means that I must buy a vehicle with equipment and color not to my liking and pay a much higher price than I would have had to pay in mid-April.
The salesman was Martin Herrera.

In my opinion all people were very eager to sell a vehicle I felt that they treated me as if they had my interest at heart and not to just put another marker on the board I have purchased from friendly sent people to friendly and will purchase again from friendly. Cris was a 100% added improvement to purchasing and taking delivery at friendly she is worth more to friendly then she realizes.

I brought my Saturn Ora into Friendly Chevrolet after one of my customers referred Friendly Chevrolet to me. I came in on Saturday to have some service done and was blown away at how wonderful and professional they treated me. I’ve been to several dealerships since moving to Texas and none of them were anything like Friendly Chevrolet. Natalie Solis was very friendly and helpful at the cashier desk, I was able to enjoy coffee and breakfast which was delicious and even the cook treated me so nice and friendly. Dan Sotelo was very helpful, professional and the way the entire Friendly staff went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy and the job was done correctly. I had never had service like this before and will refer everyone I know to Friendly and ya’ll have gained my business. I could not express enough how happy I was with the experience at Friendly Chevrolet!
