        Overall

        My air conditioning went out for the hottest part of the year. I called in, scheduled an appointment, and arrived on time. In the past, I'd had problems with shops ignoring scheduled appointments and delaying repairs. Not Firestone. They were prompt, courteous, and when there was a small communication problem, Brian the service manager made certain I was satisfied, and turned a possible hiccup into a win for everyone. Most importantly, I am back on the road with wonderful a/c and at the least amount of inconvenience/loss of valuable time to me.



        I'll be going back for any future repairs - not just my air conditioning.
