        Overall

        I am always treated very well. Rob, the manager, is a very kind man, explains everything, even works with you fairly in pricing. He does not tolerate rudeness or poor customer service by his employees, as was shown to me. His store also does what it says it will do and they get your vehicle repaired in a timely manner. I've been going there a few years now, so I know what I'm saying. This IS my one and only car maintenance & repair place that I trust!

        I went in and had front brakes...

        I went in and had front brakes and rotors replaced. Job was very expensive and they installed the cheapest brake pads they could find. When the brakes are cold they squeel so loud everybody turns around to look (very embarrassing).

        I went back to talk to the manager about my problem, but he said I would have to make an appointment because he had other customers, only had two mechanics and one of them had to go after parts( like that was my problem.)I guess since they already had my money I wasn't so important anymore. I will never use Firstone
