      Rude on the phone, screwy definition of credit cards

      I called because I thought I remembered something weird about DT's credit card policy. When I asked, the woman rattled something off and then tried to hang up on me. When I said that I had a master card credit card, she said, "you have to have a pin number." me: "Ok, then you mean debit card." her: "No ma'am we take credit cards, master card, Visa, American Express. OK BYE."
      I don't even know if I have a pin number for my credit card. Is that even a thing?
