So, I'll just share the good news! I no longer have to go here and I found LINDA HAMMOND at RICHARDSON DODGE! Already made my service appointment and she was the consummate professional! Good riddance, Dallas Dodge!
DO NOT do business with these people. The Dallas police department has more than one complaint about them. Do not sign a conditional delivery form. They take your down payment; will not file the paperwork to complete your financing, even when your loan is approved. Within a few days, they make a false report to the police that you have not made timely payments and REPO your car. There are plenty of reputable car dealerships in the Metroplex, don't buy yourself a headache by doing business with Dallas Dodge Chrysler Jeep.
When I bought my 2008 Jeep Patriot I have an agreement for $12.95 oil change for as long as I have the car and bring it there. You all know how high gas was in 2008 when they made this agreement. But now they are saying that they stopped honoring the agreement because oil and gas is to expensive.

service provided at the dealership was and always has been excellent...had a question when I picked up the vehicle...tech came out from the shop area and check my battery...he was very professional and answered all my questions and concerns...very positive experience...will always take my vehicle to Dallas Dodge
To tell the whole story really quick, I bring the Jeep to get the car detailed and figure since it is at a dealership might as well have my ac fixed as it would turn on full but not on partial. They tell me 500 and it will be fixed, I say ok do it, so I get the Jeep back and the selector for whats blowing, IE face / defrost no longer works correct after they replaced it with a brand new one, Blower motor and some sensor. I ask them to fix it and they tell me thats the way it is supposed to be, see this one we fixed does the same thing... ummmm really guys, another dealership tells me it's an adjustment they should have made while it was apart and no I have to spend another 300 to get that fixed.... Great lack of Service from the "service" dept. Oh yeah and the 158 dollar detail job, all the windows with spots the interior with a new stain and still bugs on the bumper and dirt next to the rear license plate, What a great place they have going over there...
