I have worked at Cinsay for over 3 years now and the amount of growth and progress is staggering. Around a year ago the Company issued a huge re-structure and implemented new management. Best Decision Ever. Customers are handled and trained in a much more efficient way. You always have support to reach out to at any time. The product offerings have expanded to include Google placement, Website Builds and Social Media Creation. Coupled with the transactional video player the company is famous for , this is definitely a winning combination. I think this company gets a bad rep from its Rocky start and poor initial structure. 90% of these post are from old employees who were terminated looking for some way to lash out. I would defiantly recommend Cinsay to any small to medium business looking for assistance in marketing or Video creation.
CINSAY is very good company to work for, if look all the posting it over 2yr ago a lot things have change here. If you think about maybe it was the past people who use to work here are the ones that made this bad place. We have a new account manager who are amazing at what they do. an past business who had are service give us a call and will show the different in great service. And just to show you we will do it for half price. Thanks Rico Allen
The company rep called and left me a voice mail stating she is the owner of this non profit and she support Abused women through this program and to give her a call back ? she never said anything about Cinsay so i called and spoke with a guy and he lied saying they are a non profit 501 c 3 program and they take care of Abused women? so i went to the IRS and typed in the name and this company does not have a 501 c 3 or non profit stats? they also do not take care of Abused women? or even run a program from their locaton or any location her name was nia I dont like being lied to. I am a Non-profit that truely support women if you wanted me to sign up for your services then say that you dont have to make things up. the morals and integrity of the people who works their is wrong! and misleading
This company is supper onorganized and has no direction at all. As a formaer employee I can tell you, the ppl handling your accounts have absolutly NO traning at all. They threw me on the floor on my first day and I was fumbling my way thru each accout, making a thousand mistake. Don't take my word for it, ask any customer of Cinsay, They'll tell you the same.
Bad business, poor quality in effective customer service. I was solicited into what I thought was a good business move, in which seemed to be at a good price. I was then charged twice that amount, for 3 months. When I called to have that difference refunded, they said they could not do that for whatever reason though they acknowledged I was overcharged. So I had no choice but to take the credit for 3 months... Then was charged monthly after the fact, which that was finally refunded after complaining for 2 months. Much back in forth even after that... For entrepreneurs, I would advise to look elsewhere for the services they offer.
Well, a sweet sounding young lady (Keora) called me (said she saw my business card in a restaurant). She explained in full detail Cinsay's service. I explained how my company (who makes chocolate covered strawberries) had relocated and hasn't had ANY progress in sales so (as she agreed) Cinsay wouldn't be of use to me right now. But I let her know their service prices are very affordable.
Well a few hours later same day, she called me back to let me know prices had gone down and said atleast for mothers day business could pick up. My own family said the same thing and said for THIS price, no contract and prices don't fluctuate once you get a site, I went ahead and signed up. Well, once I checked my bank account same day, Cinsay had a pending charge for almost twice the quoted amount. I was kind of upset and begin to think they scammed me because now when I call their 855# or 972# or 888# it is to NO AVAIL. I emailed the rep who emailed me when I signed up (Ginette) but she hasn't really gotten back to me about the excessive charges. I'm really looking forward to the company refunding my money or get the service right.

I have a friend that is a team lead there. She called me on my cell phone and requested me to use my debit card to create a fake account for 19.95. And she would pay me back when she got paid. I told her in no uncertain terms absolutely not. My neice worked there and was instructed by the same team lead to go buy gift cards at the nearby store and make up accounts. These business activities were submitted to the Better Business Bureau by myself and others. I do not condone these practices at all.

They calk everyday to sell me their product and u do not want it. Cinsay is a scan and despite my repeated efforts to get them to stop calling me they continue to harrass me. I have asked to be put on the do not call list to no avail. Not a reputable company as they are to hard to contact and the owner has a history of tech company scams
I love crochet and sell on etsy I made 5 sales in 4 months. I sent thesame pics to these guys and they made a video with a shopping cart they even helped me post it on facebook ive sold 16 items since december on my fan page! ths is the number I call for my customer service (855) 292-2750.
