appreciation for everything they did for us to be in this great country.

Thelma one of the lawyers assistant and the lawyers Robert was extraordinary they were with my Mother the during the whole battle. I recommend the whole Chavez & Valko team 100% and i would like to thank them for changing my Mothers life.
Nicolas Chavez has been of great support to our family during our extensive case. It has been over three years that we made the decision to hire Mr. Chavez to defend our case and he became fully engaged right away. Mr. Chavez is a well-rounded professional, hard worker, easily reached, and willing to go above and beyond for his clients.
We could not have won our case and have brought an end to the hardship extended upon our family if it wasn’t for Mr. Chavez and his team. We are thankful to have such knowledgeable immigration lawyer in the DWF area and hopeful that he will have such a positive impact in other families like he did to ours.
I would like to thank Mr. Valko and Danny Guerrero for all their time and effort in handling my case. They kept me up to date with everything and always encouraged me to stay positive! I am a developer at a Health and Wellness software company and I needed to file a new H1-B visa. One of my colleagues highly recommended Chavez and Valko LLP for this purpose, and after researching about the firm online the company decided to retain their services.
I am greatly pleased to say that this was a great decision. Mr. Valko and his team, including Ms. Berenice, Ms. Michelle and Ms. Shannon, are not only very knowledgeable but also highly professional. The entire team made sure that my LCA was obtained with a quick turnaround time and my H1-B petition was filed on time. They also made sure that they communicated any inconsistencies, questions, etc. to me very promptly. This ensured a smooth H1-B filing/approval process.
I highly recommend Chavez and Valko LLP to other international folks because they are a highly energetic team of people who will go to great lengths to ensure that your immigration issues are addressed in a proper and timely manner.
We did it! My wife is coming to America!
No words can ever convey my heartfelt thanks to Chavez and Valko’s ~ Martin Valko and Eduardo Amaro. My heart is full of joy as I write the following…
The law firm of Chavez and Valko was referred to me by an acquaintance and I met with Martin Valko immediately upon returning from my wedding in Zhengzhou China and I liked him very much.
The road to a successful migration can be a perilous one. Never dreaming our case would require almost five years and three Visa Interviews to complete. The US Department of State made several errors that no one could have foreseen. The US Consulate in Guangzhou sent our case back (2) times and Chavez and Valko reaffirmed it and then finally on the third try the Consulate Visa Officers realized ours was a bona fide marriage.
I know this placed additional burden and countless man-hours on Chavez and Valko.
I was concerned when our first Visa interview was not successful in March 2010 and I was concerned the Law Firm would drop us as clients. I met with Mr. Valko and he put all my worries to rest. They are true to their word and a Law Firm of the highest honor.
Mr. Valko and Mr. Amaro our paralegal never once wavered and I can’t imagine anyone, anywhere, at anytime fighting any harder for our case all these years. They paid the closest of attention to slightest of details. When we gave up they kept fighting for us.
Chavez and Valko’s Law Firm has grown in size since over the last five years but those assigned to our case in the beginning…remained on our case until the very end. May God bless the Law Firm of Chavez and Valko and their staff members. !!
I am extremely thankful to Martin Valko and his team including his paralegal Shannon Bunch for a great work.
I am Russian ballerina and now I finally got an O1 because of their help.
Before I hired Martin Valko my immigration process had been the worst experience I ever deal with. The lawyer I had worked with wasted the time and spend money.
Then, she had dropped my case without even answering my questions.
After I started working with Chavez and Valko the whole process became easy, clear and fast. Mr. Valko and Ms. Bunch kept me well informed at all times, they were always available for any questions that came up.
During the preparation of my immigration petition I was receiving important professional advices and guidance from Mr. Valko and his team.
They are true professionals and very respectful individuals. I highly recommend Chavez and Valko firm for anyone who needs the immigration attorney!
I work for a Fortune 500 company in the IT department and my employer had availed Attorney Valko and his immigration team for filing an AC-21 based on my pending I485 when I switched employers last year. From day one, Attorney Valko and his team (Shannon, Michelle and Berenice) were extremely professional, with prompt follow-ups and patiently answering any/all questions I had at various times. The AC21 filing was very eloquent with the right level of detail and they promptly advised me once it was filed as well as once they received an acknowledgment from USCIS. Attorney Valko’ team also assisted me with our EAD/AP renewals earlier this year with diligent follow-through. And once our dates became current, they promptly followed up with USCIS on pending case status and kept me advised on the same until the cases were approved and we had received our green cards. I truly appreciate all their time, help, support and guidance throughout the process, not to mention, being available to respond to customer queries at all times. I would have no hesitation in recommending Attorney Valko and his law firm to anyone who is looking for immigration assistance.
This is my first time writing a review.I'm doing it to thank Mr. Gary Frost and his paralegal Janet Dominguez for their great job and excellent service.
My husband had a very complicated case,he was facing deportation (in Laredo,Tx) after being in this country for over 30 years and being a legal permanent resident. But thanks to Mr. Frost's skills and Janet's dedication on my husband's case everything went well and my husband is back at home ; where he belongs. We highly recommend Chavez & Valko. Your key to immigration solutions.
After almost 10 years in the US immigration process I finally received my US permanent residency (Green Card) in August 2013. This is life changing in so many areas.
I work in a mid-management position for a Fortune 500 company in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex area and sometime in the mid-2000s, my company migrated its immigration legal representatives from a very expensive Washington DC area firm to the much more affordable firm of Chavez & Valko in the DFW area.
While there were a few parties involved in my process, the champions have been Martin Valko and his team of Paralegals (including the ever available Shannon) at Chavez & Valko. As anyone who may have gone through the US immigration system can attest, the suspense and uncertainties in the process can be a teeth grinding experience. Throughout my dual intent H1B & PERM process Martin and his team kept me updated, performed timely execution of the series of USCIS document filing and notifications, State Department visa applications, provided me and my family reassurance during USCIS delays, and pretty much held my hands through it all. I am very grateful for their hard work, proactive professionalism, dedication to my personal process, and uncompromising commitment to deliver. I am already gladly recommending the firm of Chavez & Valko to family, friends and anyone else who may have any form of immigration issues whether they are being handled through their corporate/employer sponsorship or personally.
I’m a Sr.Netweaver administrator at a Fortune 500 company which manufactures and distributes steel. My company retains Chavez & Valko immigration law firm and their corporate immigration team initially assisted my company with the transfer of my H-1B and H-4 petitions from my previous employer. After I was “ported” the company filed a new labor PERM application in a faster category and the I-140 petition was then filed to recapture my earlier priority date from my old petition which was successful. Our cases were not very simple as the I-485 green card applications for me and my wife were accepted first without our kids. During this time Martin Valko and his paralegals worked relentlessly on my cases, communicated with USCIS, and even conferenced me into a call to make sure that all of the cases were consolidated. What sets this team apart from other attorneys I worked with in the past is that they were always accessible and provided me with regular updates and answered my calls or emails sometimes within minutes. After the priority dates became current this year we received a call from Martin that our green cards are being produced and that was the best news for me and my family as we have been in this immigration process for many years. I would recommend Chavez & Valko to my family and friends without hesitation and not only in employment cases but also for deportation and family immigration needs. Their team is the best.
Swaran S. with family.
My company took the services of Mr. Valko for filing my H1-Bs transfer, H4 extensions, AC21 portability and finally processing for a new EB-2 labor certification (PERM) with I-140 petition and recapturing my earlier priority date. My case was somewhat involved since there was a need to handle the CSPA scenario too for my elder daughter. Martin was extremely professional and knowledgeable in these areas and successfully got the Green cards for my family.
The characteristic behavior that puts Martin above all other attorneys that I know of is that he understood and felt my concern and was accessible all through the process and patiently responding timely to all the queries which were more due to my specific scenario.
I thank Martin and his great team for all their help, support, and guidance and the end result made me and my family extremely happy
Thanks a lot Martin and I really appreciate all your help

Mr. Gary Frost took on my adjustment of status case. He and his staff have done a great job compiling the numerous needed documents and evidence for my case. Mr. Frost has accompanied us to the interview which has proved to be critical. I would say that our interview has started very typical but gradually it has gotten more difficult due the broad language used in the application documentation. During the interview, Mr. Frost has intervened to paraphrase and clarify the questionnaire in order for us to provide accurate and suitable answers. Whether you are attempting to maintain, extend or adjust your immigration status, this law firm will provide you with the most up to date information regarding your immigration options as the laws/rules continues to change almost every year. They will take the time to explain the many steps of the immigration process, including likely length of processing time, reasonable expectations, critical timelines and dates, evidence, documentations that may be necessary to build a solid case. They will also make sure you are prepared for the interview process when that critical time comes. I strongly recommend this law firm.
I am very satisfied for the service provided by Mr. Valko and his team. They helped me to obtain the H1b visa. This year, it was expected that the lottery would be held for H1b petitions. So, it was very important to submit a petition on the first week of the application opening (staring April 1st). However, due to some circumstance, I had to ask a lawyer to prepare my visa petition less than two weeks before the opening day. And, I never hesitated to choose Mr. Valko and his team to handle my petition. Last year, I consulted him a few times over phone regarding my questions on visa application, and I was impressed with his expertise in the immigrant law. Also, he has been very friendly and sincere throughout our communications. I knew I could trust him and his guidance.
And, thanks to him and his team, my petition was prepared competently and submitted in timely manner (*reached on the opening date) and approved without any request from the immigrant office for additional documentations/evidences. Also, I appreciated that he responded to my email inquiries very quickly when I needed most.
you are looking for a lawyer for handling your H1b visa (or any other visa), I highly recommend Mr. Valko and his team.
It takes a long time to nurture and work towards a dream and a few minutes to shatter. This is pretty much what happened in my case.
I grew up with a dream of settling down in this wonderful country as a young child and I pursued this dream further with my application of employment based green card. I ensured that all my I’s were dotted and T’s crossed when I switched employments and still was rewarded by an undated letter from immigration services stating that my application was denied.
It was god’s blessing that I heard of Mr. Valko and his firm from a friend of mine. To say they were my knights in shining armor would be an understatement. The team was very patient with my persistent (and sometime repeated) emails and usually responded within a couple of hours of my query. With a lot of free advices that I was receiving from friends and colleagues on how I should be leaving the country asap, Mr. Valko helped me understand on how this would be a terrible waste of resources. He was always a step ahead on this game and knew the when, why and how in my situation. He not only made USCIS reverse their decision, but he also made them apologize.
There is no other person or firm I would ever turn to in an event of need and their professionalism is something I aspire to emulate.
