General Info
Welcome to Celebration, Dallas’ original farm-to-table restaurant, located on West Lovers Lane between Inwood and Lemmon. In March of 1971 we built a restaurant out of real stone, wood and copper where we could serve good food to good people. It worked – you came and came again. Over the years, we have added to the original restaurant two old houses, a full-service bar, and a wonderful patio, complete with a stone fireplace and fountain. Today, Celebration is a Dallas’ favorite where our valued friends and customers can enjoy freshly prepared, seasonal food in a comfortable atmosphere.

Good Eats!

For pleasant Atmosphere and Dining, with varied Menu Items to suite everyone's taste, Celebration Restaurant is a good choice. They also have private rooms for Private Parties.
Their Hot Pumpkin Bread is my Favorite!

Same great food as Celebration restaurant

I have been a happy diner at Celebration for over 20 years. I love that you can come to Celebration Market and buy their yummy fried chicken and my favorite salad dressing EVER, the jalapeno ranch, to take home and serve!

Very cute atmosphere...warm and homey, and a fun place to bring easy to please out of town guests. I say "easy to please" because unfortunately, I feel that Celebration's food does not match the appeal of the dining experience. It's not bad, but it's probably closer to OK. Yes, it is all-you-can-eat at dinner time, but some of the menu items are quite bland and don't really leave me longing for more. The veggies that come with your meal, which are served family style, are slightly better that the entrees, but still hit or miss. I believe the veggies rotate on a daily basis, and you don't get a say over what comes with your meal. But don't hold me to that. The desserts are quite good, particularly the cobblers. I would definitely say that Celebration is worth a visit due to the uniqueness of the experience. Just don't set your expectations too high, and you will not be let down.

Save your time

I left without buying anything. Way overpriced for what I saw there. I do not expect them to last, nor was I impressed.

All you can eat... good food

Celebration is all you can eat AND good. Classic homestyle scenery with homestyle food... small town feel in a big city. I live in the surrounding neighborhood and celebration is just one of the many great spots in the area. Good for take home.

Best comfort food!

We've been coming to this restaurant for 10 years and have never had less than a 4 star experience!
The patio is almost always perfect, except on the very hottest Texas evenings. In cooler
weather the patio fireplace adds ambience to the warm heaters! The food is everything I would
expect to go back in time and eat at my grandma's house on a Sunday afternoon. Service is friendly
and quick, and the seconds and thirds are rarely needed but always appreciated!
John, the bartender, is always cheerful and fun to talk to on the rare evenings when we have to dine
inside. Great place to bring kids, large groups, and especially for a family gathering.

Great Family Experience

Two families met at Celebration this evening to celebrate my brother's and his donor's recovery from kidney transplant surgery. I made a reservation and we were seated earlier than the scheduled time. The atmosphere was great. It reminded me of sitting around the kitchen at home. The food was hot and delicious. The portions were generous even with seconds! Don't forget met the requirements of everyone's sweet tooth. Our waitress, Susan, was very pleasant and her service for a group of 15 was impeccable. Thanks Susan! The celebration was a success and so was the restaurant.

they would rather see their guests wait standing around for an hour, than to make reservations in ad

If you are looking for really, really excellent home made and 'comfort' foods, do yourself a huge favor and eat across the street from Celebration at the place in the little gray house called 'Eden' where the food and prices are better, and you can bring your own wine with you, so it does not cost a fortune!

Good place to take the family-but be sure to make reservations or you may have a wait!!

Our daughter, her husband & our grandkids took us there as a surprise (because we'd heard so much about this place & were always saying we wanted to go).-It is a HOUSE that someone made into a restaurant, which made very homey. We enjoyed the breads & the mashed potatoes very much. And the fried chicken was very good.- I'd say this place is as good as we'd heard it was & I want to go back sooooon!!!

consistently ""very good""

finally got to try celebration, and it is certainly worthy of all the hype. they are very generous with the food, and i'm pretty sure 'seconds' can be a different entree (if you're into variety). of all things. the fresh rolls/cornbread and the coconut cream pie were the best part of my visit, but I certainly was satisfied with everything else (fried chicken, potroast).
