Catfish Floyd's

My husband and I have bought fish from Catfish Floyd's for quite a while. On April 21, 2012 I went in and bought a 15 piece family meal for $43.00. I noticed that the smell was funny in the car on the drive home. I live in Cedar Hill and drove to Ann Arbor Street in Dallas to get this fish for may family's dinner. When I got home and served the fish no one could eat it. It was very tough, as if it had sat for a long while and put back in hot grease and re-cooked. The fries were also cold. I called and spoke to Elgi, who said that if I bring the fish back in they would make me some more. I explained to her that I lived too far to drive back over there and if she could take my name and possibly give me a credit when I come back over. She said that she could not do this without the return of the fish. I only go that way when I am buying fish, and I am not going to keep fish in my refrigerator until I decide to make that trip again. I asked Elgi to have Mr. Floyd call me a.s.a.p. If I don't hear from him with a satisfactory resolution, he will lose a good paying customer, and I will not be recommending his place to anyone again. The only reason I gave it a 1 star rating is because of past experiences because today it would be "0" stars. I am also adding this to my facebook page.

Love it!!! The food is good and service is very quick. Call ahead & you good to go.
