Cash Plus Pawn

So we my daughter and I that's only 2 years old go into this place to sell my Alexa speaker it's worth about $250 the guy obviously didn't know what it was and offered me only 10 bucks for it I mentioned to him that it had Alexa they then offered me 50 bucks so I stepped away and I looked up my product that I had and show them what I had and told them it was worth $250 brand new and that I thought I should have a better offer the manager on the side then said I arguing with his sales associate because I merely was just mentioning that the speaker I had was worth more than only $50 then the manager Jesse is his name said that he had a bunch of those speakers and they never sell them while I looked around and they only had one Ultimate Ears speaker that had Alexa all the other speakers were very old so it's obviously the reason why they don't sell their speakers because they don't have up-to-date ones so that being said buying mine would have benefited them. But since I told them I thought the offer was low he told me that I basically needed my speakers more than he did whenever I was just there to do a price check in the first place when I ask them how much was the speaker that they had he said he was busy and I'd have to ask the original associate Jon which was fine so I waited on John to get done doing what he was doing and then I asked him how much the speaker was at this time another customer had just walked in didn't say a word was just looking around didn't even acknowledge the manager or associate John and John goes I'm going to help him out I told John I've been standing here and already asked you to help me and he said very rudely we've already helped you I'm going to help him first mind you I've spent hundreds of dollars here I even bought my PlayStation 4 their video games multiple movies watches xcetera. I will never step foot back into this place ever again I will make an effort to go across town to a different pawn shop to give them my money from now on

Alpha Rd. There are some nice people at this location, but there is also one particular jerk that works at this location who is does NOT provide "exceptional service and professionalism" his name is Miguel. EVERY time we do business with him he is RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. We have done many transactions at this location, and he is just not pleasant to say the least. The site also states "Cash Plus Pawn can turn those odds and ends into currency. We don't discriminate. We can help anyone turn his or her gems, junk and otherwise unwanted items into cash." We have taken odds and ends, unwanted items and Miguel always discriminates and doesn't help turn gems, junk, or otherwise unwanted items into cash, he is always negative which reflects on Cash Plus Pawn. Miguel has declined items several times from us or just refuses to negotiate, I don't know if just his bad attitude or if he has a personal hate towards us

I used to like this place and these guys spent a lot of money here and today I wanted to perches a watch but I arrived and the watch was too small and I didn't really wanna spend 320 on a watch that was too small so I decided to buy some power tools after taking my time to pick the 3 tools I wanted all at 100 and up when I got too the front counter the manager that day snatched the main power tool I wanted and told me that he is buyin it I can't because he wants it and I said what why he replied backing out of the deal like you backed out on the watch so it's not for sale too bad and in a place of business if something is not for sale you don't put it on the shelf with a tag for a customer to buy I will not be returning to this place it's a shame I did lIke it for most of the people here
