Bee's Keys
Bike Parking: No
After getting hit on by the keymaker, I come home to test my new keys and one gets stuck in the lock overnight. I tried ice, WD40, and a variety of other online suggestions with no actual solution. It’s fine if you want to make friends with customers, but don’t get so distracted that you can’t make the keys correctly. They never returned my calls to their emergency line, regular voicemails, or emails. I had to call back the next day after patiently waiting for them to call and apologize. I’ve never had issues with keys from Home Depot or Lowe’s. Shameful. Very disappointed in my first and last time using this company.
they arrived on time after I called them when I got locked out on my car.
Unbelievable....I locked myself out of my car three times within four hours. The first two times I called Bee's and they had someone right there. We laughed about the odds of it happening twice and that was that.
The third time I tried calling two other key places but they were busy and couldn't get to me for hours. I really didn't want to call Bee's again since I had already called twice. I mean, three time? How weird is that?!
In the end I had to call them because I had to get out of there. At first the lady thought I was BSing her. I assured her not and she promised to send him back. A long 30 minutes later (I thought they wouldn't show) he came and watched me out the corner of his eye the whole time. I think he thought I was dangerous or crazy. Anyways, they got me fixed up three times and were courteous and quick to respond each time. Just wanted to say how grateful i was.
I did go home after that and took the rest of the day off.
