These ppl dont care about you they are just money hungry. They gave me a car that ran but when I got home it didnt start. I called them and to let them know what happened. They wanted us to bring it back wtf. But any 9 days later there towing because of late payment witch I have been calling them. Letting them know what was going on. I am 3 months pregnant and high risk. He didn't tell me I could make a payment online. And there is a 300 dollars towing fee. So thanks a lot Barron. So if you want to to be screwed out of your money this is the best way to do it.

I bought a car about two months ago. I like my car and the customer service that is given. Had a leak couple weeks after puchase called and was told to bring car back. Fixed the car and the repair was at no cost to me. Always nice and helpful. Straight foward and to the point. All my tags are legal as well. I highly recommend this company.
We had came in and did a trade for my dodge neon, for a 1999 Cadillac sts. We ended up all together paying a 1,200 dollars to walk off the lot with it. Which was fine for us at the time since we were told nothing is wrong with the car and we agreed to pay 100 dollars a week, we signed the contract. About 2 months or so in our car started running very badly, we had to replace a cv axle in it after we broke down on the highway with our 6 month old daughter in the vehicle. We went to Meineke to get the diagnostics and the car was in such bad shape, they told us it would be 3,000 or more dollars to fix the car. We fixed what we could ourselves and put $575 dollars worth of BRAND NEW tires on the car.(because I noticed after we bought it the tires were very bad) We have been very good customers paying on time every month, came in some weeks paying an extra hundred early. So we finally decided to have Auto Express fix it for us and work with us on pricing and that we did not feel comfortable making the payment if we were not able to drive the car, to which they agreed. I have been car-less for almost 2 weeks now, calling everday to find out what was going on with the fixing of my car. They continued to put me off and tell me that the guy who fixes cars was not in at the time or they were waiting on us to make a decision on pricing and their last and final excuse was we were behind on payments and they could not help us unless we pay up what was owed. To which that was not what we agreed on. They also did a illegal expection sticker on our car for us and my sister in laws car too. Its very upsetting when me and my husband were very good and dependable customers to them. We ended up spending a little over 3,000 dollars on payments and repairs on the car. We decided to give the car back because it is not worth the 6,000 dollars they wanted us to pay. and fyi they are located at 11440 garland rd in dallas texas. by the way I have proof of all my inquires about auto express!
