American Home Shield

Though American home shield was for the home owner it not I waited close to three month for my dry to get fix thin to find out I well have to spend more money buying a dry because they have not fix it they want me to pay 100 dollars more

We have been happy customers for nearly 20 yrs. NO LONGER happy!!!! We cannot get the service we used to get. This morning we called and were put on hold for a supervisor for 30 min. Then we called back and were told a supervisor would be calling us. Now 4 hours later, still no phone call. Too bad for you if you need service that day, they wont do it!!!!!!!!! Acompany this old and this big should be able to handle your call in a timely fashion, We should not have to wait 4 days to get our air conditioner fixed. we are cancelling our contract!!!!!
