Amazing Grace Family Dentistry: Quincy Attipoe, DDS

l had a phobia of dentists because of past experiences with other dentists but with Amazing Grace dentistry, Dr. Q nailed all the procedures with me and my entire family making me a believer in dentists again. They are kind, professional, quick and have great pricing . This is the best dentist on the planet in my opinion and l would recommend this dentistry to everyone. They are really amazing in Amazing Grace Dentistry . Dr Q has the midas touch!

I scheduled an appointment at the Mesquite location for 5 of my kids. We show up and waited over 1 hour. I ask the recptionist what are we waiting for, what is taking so long. She calls me to the back explains to me there is only 1 Dentist today they are over booked and wanted to know if we wanted to rescheduleand said if we come back they will give my kids a $20 gift card and a CI CI pizza pass. So we show up to the second appointment and a Dentist come and tells me thereis no receptonist and want us to reschedule us again. She set us another appointment and a couple of days later I received a call confirming the 3rd appointment. We show us to it and they are closed. I call the number on the door get a answering machine. I looked online for another location found the number to there Forest Lane location, I called them and ask for the office manager spoke to a man and explained to him the situation and told him my time is just as valuable as there's and he ask could they come pick us up and be seen at that location. I explained to him I don't need a ride I need them to be available when they give me an appointment. He told me if we came to the Forest Lane location we could be seen right away and would not have to wait. He put me on the phone with the receptionist that I had seen at the Mesquite location and knew of my situation. She told me I should have gotten a call to reschedule because the Mesquite location was closed for a week due to an emergency. She also ask me to come to the Forest Lane location. I told her but all our paperwork is here at the Mesquite location she told me it was OK and come now they are not that busy and we would not have to wait. I drive all the way over there to North Dallas from Mesquite I get in there and The office Manager Guy I had just spoke to tells me She went to the Mesquite location to get my paperwork and we have to wait til she gets back to be seen. I explain to him we just had this conversation and I was told I would not have to wait and it was not a problem that our paperwork was at another location. So we wait 45 minutes and I ask office manager Guy what is the deal it didn't take me this long to get here. I was rude and believe I have every right to be upset. He then tells me that they will not se us any longer to forget about the appointment. I ask to speak to someone else to make a complaint. He tells me he is it. I told him no I want to speak to his boss and he tells me the Dentist is out for a month. So we leave and will not be back and I am advising you if your time is valuable don't go to either location. This place is a joke. The only reason I gave 1 star was because I had to put something.

Dr. Attipoe is incredible. He is kind and does a very good job. He truly is a trustworthy dentist.
