I fell inside of the store on N. Tarrant Pkwy, Keller/Ft. Worth. None of the store employees came to help me when I yelled for help or stayed with me after I fell, nor followed up with me after watching me be lefted into the Medstar ambulance. I didn't have any health insurance and have alot of medical bills to pay.
I've contacted Aldi many times in person, by phone, letter and email to get help with my medical bills. Aldi never responded. Store personnel cannot give out any phone numbers and this Dallas location has an outgoing message only. Aldi does not want to be reached and does not respond to customers.
I slipped on a large batch of transparent oil in the aisle that was not visible with the eye until my clothes absorbed it. I had to rely on the kindness of store shoppers to help me, keep me from going unconscious, call a friend for help, and wait with me until Medstar arrived. The store employee took my name and address, used something to absorb the oil on the floor and left me to the care of a store shopper.
One of the store personnel told me that each store has a different district manager and executives are very top heavy retail structure. That explains why there are so few employees and why the floors are dirty.
Why does ALDI allow their employees to behave so unprofessionally to the point they progress to suspected financial POS processing manipulation as a way to premise a refusal of service to a customer? An unfortunate escalation of bad customer service prompted by staff activity, therefore permanently tainting my opinion of ALDI as to why the business would allow or encourage this kind of activity?
CENTURY Blvd, Inglewood, CA
how employee behaviors from physical aggression, to breaches of the law. bad for business, not only one customer-it could happen to any customer, especially if this kind of behavior goes unchecked.
You have a right to be rude, a right to refuse service, not a right to falsely accuse a customer of harassment, trespass and disturbance or a right to violate the law by manipulating payment processing. This kind of activity is quite common, internally from employees and impacts customers and businesses. That's bad customer service and bad business. Shame on ALDI.
In the weekly Ad, gulf shrimp on sale, but i went three times last week nothing in store. It is funny, this week gulf shrimp on sale again, i went 4 times and two different stores, but none of them have it. If you don't have shrimp don't put on Special just go make people go that is not right. Time is money.
