Why does ALDI allow their employees to behave so unprofessionally to the point they progress to suspected financial POS processing manipulation as a way to premise a refusal of service to a customer? An unfortunate escalation of bad customer service prompted by staff activity, therefore permanently tainting my opinion of ALDI as to why the business would allow or encourage this kind of activity?

how employee behaviors from physical aggression, to breaches of the law. bad for business, not only one customer-it could happen to any customer, especially if this kind of behavior goes unchecked.
You have a right to be rude, a right to refuse service, not a right to falsely accuse a customer of harassment, trespass and disturbance or a right to violate the law by manipulating payment processing. This kind of activity is quite common, internally from employees and impacts customers and businesses. That's bad customer service and bad business. Shame on ALDI.
In the weekly Ad, gulf shrimp on sale, but i went three times last week nothing in store. It is funny, this week gulf shrimp on sale again, i went 4 times and two different stores,but none of them have it. If you don't have shrimp don't put on Special just go make people go that is not right. Time is money.
Dear Sirs, I bought one of you spiral sliced hams the double glazed type at 1.99 lbs the outer three slices of the ham were fine on serving the ham the inside meat was mushy and almost rotten like sure messed up my Thanksgiving dinner thank goodness I had a turkey to back up my meal.,for I had to throw the ham in the trash was totally disappointed in the product.I have bought other hams before and never once had a problem.This was bought at your Chardon store in ohio, Thank you firstname.lastname@example.org
