I was very pleased with my experience. During the initial visit, the estimator explained the problem and the solution. We discussed cost and I decided that my "cost/solution "ratio would be best served with Advanced Foundation Repair and a crew was out in a matter of days. The work went quickly and neatly. Alfonso and his crew seemed to know what they were doing and thier cleanup exceeded my expectations. I have since referred a local property manager to Advanced and as far as I know she is satisfied with their work too.
In December 2017, I had contacted advance foundation repair about my home having issues. They gave me an appointment with in a week. Pricing was extremely affordable. The adjuster Eric was very helpful and stood by his word that the job would be done right and on time. It took them 7 hours to do the entire job. There where six workers who where very professional and they cleaned the mess from the job and made my yard look the same. I would recommend them to do your home and youll be pleased with the service.
Terrible customer service - Nobody knows what they're doing!
Advanced had done the foundation repair on my home with the previous homeowner but left one corner of the house (600 sq ft). Probably didn't need to be leveled back then. Well, now we need the last 600 sq ft are leveled. We have a warranty for just the work that had been done previously. I am not looking for them to do anything for free, just give me a fair estimate of the new area. So, rather than call another Foundation company who might blame the previous company for whatever we called Advanced. Why not let the original company come out and take a look. What could it hurt right? Well, when I called to see when they could come out the women on the phone said "Great, we can be out next week", then I told her that there had been some work done previously at the house. She turned to stone, put me on hold, came back on and said they couldn't be out for 6 weeks! I am not BSing you! So, just for giggles I called them a week later and said that I was a brand new customer and needed an estimate. She said they could be out in 7 days? So, I told her who I was and she gave me this total BS answer about previous customers having to wait a little longer, blah blah blah. It made absolutely no sense!!
An attorney friend I know said most likely that if I go with another Foundation repair company my warranty with (Advanced) that the previous homeowner had given me on transfer of the house would be negated and that this is a way for the company to get out of any future obligation with us. That's most likely why they're pulling $^$$#. I think she's probably correct and will see what they say when my attorney is here at the house when they come out in a few weeks. Something is not right with this!
**** For what it's worth I would stay away from these guys *** READ "RIOPOFF REPORT" ON THESE PEOPLE!
PS. When I was on the phone the first time they never mentioned an estimate fee. The second time I called they said that I had to pay $75 for the estimate. The lady waived the fee (this was about 4 weeks ago). Just received a letter today saying - Estimator will need $75 before they do any estimate. These are the dumbest people I have ever met!
You will find that their contract limits their liability to the amount you pay. It also requires you to arbitrate any disagreements, which they try to hide with less than the notice state law requires. In lawsuits against foundation companies you will find that the damage could be tens of thousands of dollars or more. Arbitration will cost an average minimum of $10,000 attorney fees for each side. Their qualification restrictions on allowed arbitrators limits the choice in Texas to approximately one. That arbitrator will likely require you to pay all attorney fees, even if you win, despite what the contract provides. They will do a simple plumbing test afterwards to determine if there are leaks and try to sell you expensive extensive testing. Another simple test can actually tell that there are no leaks without that expense. The workers on our house wrote in Spanish that a lot of the piers broke while installing. The Owner tried to claim that since they did not pick up the check left for them on completion, that the warranty was void. He also claimed under oath that they never charge a Warranty Fee, wrong. The house now requires extensive additional foundation work, including replacing their piers to be safe. Don't waste your money with them.

I had work done, and the people at Advanced was excellent. The work was done timely and seemed to be good. Before getting paid.. the service was very good.
After they got paid... their service left a lot to be desired. I was selling the house and called several times to get a warranty inspection (required by seller). They told me they might have an opening and would call me back.
Not only did they never call, but when I called back in (five times) and they continued to tell me they would call back... they never did. Even with talking to the same person every time, I couldn't get answers or a return to my call.
Sale fell through because i couldn't get them to communicate with me.
The work was good... the service was horrible.

We took bids from seven foundation repair companies. Advanced was about midpoint in the seven estimates. One company told us that our home required 27 piers. Advanced placed 14 piers. Some companies showed up without any measuring equipment or levels. The crew arrived right on time and completed the work in the estimated time. They repaired one sprinkler riser. We are very pleased.
My name is Roy Alaniz my company owns several properties throughout the Dallas Fort-Worth area. Advanced Foundation repair has continually proven to me and our tenants that they are a good value for service and installation, have very high quality standards regarding their employees, and most importantly to me they are very trustworthy.
My partner and I are very comfortable in highly recommending using Advanced Foundation Repair for your foundation solutions.

We had such a great experience with Advanced Foundation Repair. The DVD arrived promptly and was helpful. Myron arrived as scheduled provided a thorough inspection and to our shock, said we didn’t need repairs. He patiently explained the measurements and test he was taking so we would understand the process. We will definitely refer you to everyone we know. And, Lord forbid, if we do have real foundation issues in the future, we’ll call you!

Came highly recommended by friend who sales homes for well-known homebuilder. We were very pleased and comfortable with representative. Quick and timely response. Very informative with suggestions. Honest assessment. Did not charge for visit even though evaluation indicated their services were not needed.

As a retired aerospace quality engineer, I was skeptical of all the claims made by the many different foundation repair companies. Foundation repair is a significant investment regardless of who does the job, and having a transferable, lifetime warranty was prerequisite for future sale of my property. After thoroughly researching the various methods used, and the integrity of the company, I elected to use Advanced Foundation Repair. I was not disappointed. From initial contract signing to job completion and follow-up, their team delivered – in timeliness, cost, customer service, and overall quality of the project. In my opinion, I got more than a fair return on my investment with Advanced Foundation Repair, and would not hesitate to recommend them again.

The foundation repair at my home was recently completed by a very dedicated and experienced team of professionals. Everyone from Brad the regional manager to Javier and his team who did the actual work was exceptional. Once the repairs were complete, Roy and his team at On The Spot Carpet Cleaning came in and did a superb job of relaying and cleaning the carpet. Kim and Mike at Campanello Construction Services did a great job on a new patio. Advanced Foundation Repair is committed to quality customer service with the utmost integrity.

Advanced Foundation sent an estimator out to our home to give us an idea of what it would cost to repair our foundation. He was very nice and thorough. He said he would send his information to the engineer and I should receive an emailed estimate from them on Friday. Needless to say, Friday has came and gone twice and still no hear. My wife called the company and asked about the estimate. The receptionist said that she would contact him so that we can get the estimate. The estimator never responded to our call. And I don't care how good they proclaim to be, I find it difficult to trust this company to do any work for us with this show of disregard and professionalism.

I'd gotten bids from a few foundation companies. Advanced was about in the middle, but the piers impressed me more, as did the people. So, I chose them. I'm very glad that I did. The men did a very good job, working around my flower beds to the best of their ability, and replanting anything that needed to be dug up. None of the companies I got bids from would guarantee that the plants would survive, and one company even refused to replant anything and said that wasn't their job, they only do foundation work. Advanced not only did their best to be careful of my plants, they told me to pay special attention to them for the next several weeks, as it's the after care of the plants that helps them survive. I did, and my plants are fine. They also re-mortarted the cracks on the exterior of my house, and did a great job doing so, matching what was already there (another thing that another company refused to do). I would absolutely recommend them to everyone I know and, in fact, have done so. Their work and customer service are superior, to say the least. The lifetime transferrable warranty is also a HUGE selling point when I sell my home.
