Overall

Guy in the who handles weighing in the front is always a complete jerk, barely speaks English, which wouldn't be a problem if he wasn't rude EVERY SINGLE TIME I'M THERE! Lady behind the glass, however, is kind as can be. Customer service is not in their vocabulary as far as the rest of them goes. Asking simple explanations from them bothers them, if you have a few pieces of plumbers grade mixed in with all your high grade brass/copper he likes to just call it all plumbers grade and screw you out of money instead of just offering for you to pull out the few mixed in pieces.
