I have never felt compelled to write a review like this before but I have never in my life had such a negative experience with a company. The system had issues since day 1 which I had to call into maintenance over 6 times. Each time I had to call it in, I literally got anxiety because the CEO of the company is so aggressive and has screaming fits over the phone. Every time it was blamed on user error or wifi issues, the CEO never once took accountability. In all fairness, each time they sent out a technician or I spoke to someone in their accounting department, he or she was MORE than helpful and so polite. It is unfortunate to see such a great team working for such a disgruntled and unpredictable man. Every time I did have to talk to the CEO he started the phone call by telling me that he had no idea who I was and that he had never talked to me before. I would try to remind him of our previous conversations but he would interrupt and tell me he didn't have time for this before I could even finish. On multiple occasions he got mad at me for being on a payment plan that THEY had set me up on and told me that they don't typically have to deal with clients 'like me'. He elaborated by saying they typically work for people in 'mansions' that are able to make a one-time payment. I told him that his salesman had set me up on the payment plan to which he called me a liar until he got that salesman on the phone and the salesman confirmed my statement was true. All in all, they have a friendly staff with an okay product, but my dealings with their emotional and irrational CEO tainted the entire experience. Would not recommend.

DO NOT take a computer to them to repair the techs will diagnose a problem that can only be solved by buying additional merchandise from the store. I had taken a Windows PC that wasn't loading the OS properly. The tech wanted to reformat the HD and install Win8 to fix it. I took the computer home googled the error message and fixed the problem myself.
It was during my college project when all of a sudden my PC turned off without any warning or indication. It was all of a sudden. iyogi guy checked my PC for various errors and possible issues. Though it was tough, iyogi person proficiently got the root cause of the problem and also resolved it.
