Bluebonnet has the best food ever... I highly recommend them. You can't go wrong with anything on their menu...the hamburgers are huge...the hubby and I order 4 burgers for us (2 for that meal and 2 for the next day) and steamed veggies for the fur babies...it takes me two days to eat one burger they are so big...the cheesecake is great...if you love wings then you will love theirs...they are grilled hot wings... super yummy....we have tried the steaks, catfish and the lasagna (which is super cheesy and awesome) but we always go back to the burgers.... everyone that we have had deliver our meal has always been extremely nice and I want to give a shout out to Paul... I need more menus to pass out...lol... We have not been able to order in a while because of financial reasons (the hubby has been I'll and the passing of my Dad) but when we get back on our feet we are going to be placing our order... their number is on speed dial...lol

A great dining experience in Uptown Dallas. Outstanding service, fantastic tasting gourmet food and desserts very nicely presented, good portions, nice atmosphere. We would absolutely want to dine there again when in Dallas.
For a place that is of this quality, was disappointed when the condiments for the baked potato was in plastic containers. Steak wasn't bad, service was as expected. Waitress was nice, but reserved.
Well priced, cooked to preference, and service is always excellent, we request Pearl.
We celebrated my wife's, Phyllis,70th birthday there tonight with oldest Son Jon & Daughter in law Tina, Daughter Deanna, son in law Kraig and 5 month old London, Deanna & Kraig's newest baby. Place was great but really pricy for the amount of food you get.Don't misunderstand the food was great just not enough if you are hungry. Great food, filets, sea food, chicken wings, burrito wrap with avocado, Brick Chicken, pasta chicken something I think ? Fantastic table bread & butter. Great wine (2 bottles). The brought cake with candle and we all sang happy birthday to the 70 year young wife of mine. She got high on 3 glasses of fine wine and was very funny to boot. Great evening I'd say !The Host, Mike, was great and made sure everyone were taken care of and on time plus he was humorous and friendly and fun.I ordered a refill for my Coke Zero and waited 20 minutes & it didn't show so Mike took care of it. Then ironically as we were getting up from the table to leave they brought me another one which I didn't have the time to drink plus I was full by then.Over all it was a really great experience with a couple of very minor faux pas.We will be back again for sure.
Three of us eat there last night Dec 7th 2015 . We all got diarrhea and fever while we were there and thru out last night. We ate file mignon, rybeyes, mushroom, mashed potatoes, and spinach.Called the store this morning but did not get a call back from the manager yet. Still waiting....
Have good food , for the family. Keep up good work.
the price is good for what you get
It has been years since we grace the front doors of Lawry since it move from downtown Dallas to its current location in North Dallas off the tollway.I can definitely say without a doubt things have change. Unfortunately not for the better...Some good friend of from the Parks Cities reminded me that you guys still existed so I book a dinner for a returned visit.I was shocked at the out date décor. The seating needing new support since it definitely seen its better days. So we moved to a booth instead of a table and cannot say that was much better. We had to find a spot in the bench that had not been worn out. The waiter was interesting and not what I recall from my past visits as a seasoned waiter. Nice guy but not the caliber that one would expect in fine dining. It was obvious this was his first serving in fine dining. About the only item that I can note that was any value were the cocktails we started with and the check to remove ourselves from the restaurant.I was asked 6 times if we were visiting for a special event. I can't say that any restaurant I visit over the years ask this question. So I can only assume the only people that might come to your restaurant now are first time visitors and not the loyal clientele Lawrys once had in the past. The food had no flavor what so ever. I normally don't take the time to write such a review, I just don't return. But I thought that management should be aware of it major decline in the Dallas restaurant scene.(Note before writing this review I gave the wrote the corp office and the GM at this location time enough to respond. (through their website.) After 4 weeks I yet to hear from them.Don't waste your money or time on this place.)
Very nice and comfortable atmosphere. Service is good. Food is excellent.
