Ordered “The Burger” with grilled onion: good bun to patty ratio for me, tasted good but nothing special. I think the grilled onions helped with the flavors.I also ordered the fries: plain. Counter dude made a big deal about the dipping sauces so i asked for the house sauce listed on the menu. Fries are nice, sauce was MIA.Service is real slow for a weekday lunch hour: hope you are the boss or have one that doesn’t watch the clock.

The manager was so unprofessional, flirting with my woman every chance he got. We just wanted to get a phone and he decided to text himself my gf number on his phone. He then proceeded to text her throughout the next few days sending NUDE PICS of himself. If you dont want your phone and relationship violated by this Oakland Latino manager guy then stay away from this store. Bad service and very unprofessional.

I had a terrible experiece with Teletronics-Incorporated. Made a purchase paid with check. Never received merchandise or returned our money. I have the cancelled check for $ 600.00. They never answer messages or phone calls. Be careful when dealing with this company.
I did not,like their contract they wanted me to sign, it did not have a page number to end with. Companies can slip other documents you may not be aware of. Second, their Rate Sheet is a visual tool only and is subjected to change without notice raises a RED FLAG for me.

WARNING WARNING !!! MONDAY- Took phone in to replace charge port at 11am. They didn't have the part, but assure me that it can be shipped in to arrive same day with a quote of about $54 and 30 minute repair. Could not leave my cell there because they were out of the paperwork, so they could not provide me with any receipts for payment or cell. Asked to return next day.TUEDSAY-- No part, due to it not being ordered on time. Still can not leave cell due to no paperwork available. Asked to return next day to be given 10% discount for having to come in 3 times. Part will be there for sure. WEDNESDAY- No part, No paperwork, No service. Plus I walk in behind another customer trying to convince Serv rep, he had already paid for the repair. Cust mentioned, 'it had been so long the phone had been there.' Then 2nd cust serv rep walked in and remembered cust had paid. THERE AINT GONNA BE NO THURSDAY. Took it somewhere else.
Garage Door Services is a DO NOT USE company. I had an issue with an overcharge and have left multiple messages on the customer service line and have yet to get a call back. The one time I did reach a live body (said her name was Ashley), I was promised an immediate refund of the error to my card - 2 days later and still no credit. Guess they don't care for repeat customers based on this.... My rating for them is a -10 on a 1-5 scale.
