DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILD HERE!!!!!! My daughter is 17 months and came home everyday with new scars and scratches on her face and every time I would ask the teacher what happen they were dumb founded and always told me they don’t know and that it’s probably just her cutting herself with her nails which she never does they just said that to cover there own ass. When I went to leave and get her stuff the man had the audacity To tell me she is getting scratched because it’s her fault for pulling hair. As an adult your supposed to stop the situation and make sure the kids are safe so basically they just sat back and watched her get scratched by other kids and sat back and let the other kids get their hair pulled on. There is absolutely a LACK OF SUPERVISION. Also it always smells like dirty diapers all the time in there, the teachers are always yelling at the kids when I walk in talking to them in a very aggressive manner. Her stuff is always missing when I pick her up. When I went to go pick her up outside no one was watching her and she was stuck under a toy car and was trying to get herself out I had to help her. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE AND THEY SHOULD NOT BE ALOUD TO WATCH INFANTS. There was an incident where she was bitten and the situation could of been avoided and the women didn’t even call me about it she waited till I walked in and was basically like OH BY THE WAY she got bit on the for head and it was by a kid from another class who wasn’t supposed to be playing with her group. I never got any sympathy or apology for her coming home all banged up they didn’t care they pretty much brushed it off and blamed it on my 17 month old. IF YOU WANT YOUR KIDS TO BE SOMEWHERE WHERE THEY ARE LOVED AND SAFE DONT BRING THEM HERE!!!! It’s a cheap half assed run down day care and I’m really upset I wasted my time with them. Very unprofessional !!!!

Things have changed ... the facility is not very clean, the children have running noses and are crying and there seems to be a lot of disorganization. There have been incidents that have happened and at times can not be explained, the staff only assumes what happens. There is also a need for them to hire more staff members to watch the children, upon arrival to the daycare it can be determined that there is a lack of control.

This company is very dependable, especially since we had needed a nanny at the very last minute and couldn't find a babysitter. My husband and I are very pleased with how prompted they responded to us, and most of all our kids love their new nanny!! We have decided to continue doing business with this company, and we have also suggested their services to our friends and family members. I love love love this daycare!! Mrs. Mays is amazing and is really passionate about caring for children. She is very sweet and always keeps it professional. My children love it here. She just opened up her new facility on John West and it is so nice. Great things are happening! I totally recommend this daycare! You will not regret it!

We are back to Cuddly kids and very happy.First thing my now 7 year old asked me Once we return to Dallas was:Are we going to Cuddly kids?Almost two years later and she still remembers her daycare.The staff is very nice and caring and professional.My kids love the place and I highly recommend it.

Our 19 month old son goes here. He stayed at home with me for over a year and then I went back to work and he went to daycare. He was at a different place before here, and we had so many problems. Switching to Montessori was the BEST decision we ever made! The director is very hands on, and his teachers are great. The student to teacher ratio is very low which I love. The place is always immaculately clean (he was constantly sick at his other daycare and we don't deal with this at all anymore)- and we get a written report everyday of what he has eaten, dirty diapers etc. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Not a daycare I would send my children to. To many kids and not enough teachers. My daughter was bit due to not being watched properly at 1yr and has a permitted mark on her chess. I also use to work there as a after school teacher. Was asked to be switched to a dance teacher n fired because the owner was not willing to do a contract. When filing for food stamps n needing employment verification I was ignored after being told to do it myself. Not a good business owner.

Carousel Academy is a great center, the facility is nice and clean. The teachers are all CPR and first aid certified , They all are required to have 24 hours of training each year.

If you are considering putting your kids in their care DON'T. I just had the worst experience a single mom could ever go through with the owner and his wife, who claim they are "Christians". I get off work, in Richardson, at 5:30. It's raining cats and dogs outside today 10/30/2015, so you know it's traffic. They close vat 6:30. I get to the daycare at 6:35. I proceed to walk through the door to sign my kids out, as I'm doing so the owner gets me. "Hello, you running late?" I reply "Yeah it was traffic." His wife then comes from the back into our conversation and days "Oh it was traffic mom, well we usually charge $1 per minute, per child when someone is late, but I'll waive the fee since you are never late mom". As she's saying this I'm just finishing up signing my kids out, so I then say "well they may be switching because I wasn't aware of a fee and I have no control over weather". The wife then says "I just said I'll waive the fees mom, but it's your prerogative (with an attitude) (clearly bothered by what I'd said) I was bothered by her delivery of that statement so I ask "Do you talk to all parents like that?" Her response was "I mean look what you just said to me and they way you said it" I then day "so basically your being petty?" The husband/owner (who's been standing there the whole time) says "That's it, you go ahead and find your kids another daycare and someone to pick them up on Monday because we are no longer responsible, that's on you" I'm beyond heated right now sheet experiencing this. But they're Christians
