Kaiser Permanente Hospital in Dallas, TX

We needed to come in from out of town due to the admission of a family member. The Community Relations Manger (Mary Ann Niles), the Patient Advocate (Stephanie Haynes) Module D team, Roland, Le and the nursing staff were awesome. We appreciated all the assistance and support we received from the team. Thank you so much.

The doctors are nice but the office stinks. They forgot to send prescriptions to the pharmacy at least 3 times, made me go to the lab multiple times because they forgot to order the right labs, and scheduled me to come to the office when the building was still locked. Once I called thinking i was having preterm labor and was transferred to a nurse's voicemail and she never called back. I ended up transferring my pregnancy care in the 8th month because a heart defect was found on the sono. When i called the office to notify them of this, twice, both phone attendants didn't care and never bothered to tell the doctors.

Lazy lazy lazy. If your child's health problem takes longer than five minutes to diagnose be prepared for them to do nothing about it or pawn it off on something completely ridiculous just to get you in and out. I had to make two separate appointments for my child having allergic reactions. Both times I went in I tried to explain asthma and allergies were extreme in my son's family history, and both times I was told the only reaction towards a food allergy was "extreme hives and vomiting". Wrong. Fed up I asked for a referral to an allergist, and was immediately denied one. After my son started breaking out in yet another rash and his feet started to swell I cut milk out of his diet and found my own allergist. What do you know, he has a milk allergy. Long story short, I'll be switching pediatricians. And if you actually want someone to spend time looking into your child's health I would advise you not to come here.

Have not had a great experience here. I have been twice, most recently for a severe cold. Dr. Luong was very hurried and unprofessional with me, cursing at least three times during my visit with him. Upon looking at my ears, he said they needed to be cleaned and proceeded to jab a plastic instrument in my ear. When I told him it hurt, he just kept telling me not to move even though I wasn't moving. Two days later, I am still sick and now going to see a different doctor as my symptoms are worse and my ear is now hurting. I will not be returning to Doctors Express.

I experienced torture of the highest caliber here at the hands of those in charge . I saw and experienced such violations of human rights and dignity. I was physically,mentall,and some would say sexually tortured and humilated here and i am seeking legal representation. I will gladly provide a more detailed account of my real life horror story here

I went to this clinic this morning with a really bad urinary tract infection. I hadnt slept in almost two days and there was blood in my urine, I was in so much pain I could barely walk. I arrive at the clinic at 8 am. The front desk staff and triage were very nice...but the doctor was incredibly rude. She came in...glanced at my chart and urine test..gave me a quick "physical exam" which involved improper auscultation and palpation techniques...like she didnt even know what she was doing. Then she muttered a couple of words about what script she was going to write. .not really bothering to address any questions I had. When I asked for something for pain she kind of just rolled her eyes at me and said she would only give me ibuprofen. .even though my bladder was inflamed and I was having bloody urine. After my appt I went to Care Now (which is where I should have gone in the first place) and they took very good care of me and gave me something to help with the unbearable pain so I could sleep.Long story short just don't come here if you expect to be treated like a real human being.

I'm not from Texas but there are a lot of these pop up doctors offices and medical chains that are for profit and there is nothing wrong with that but these people are so money hungry its ridiculous. First off you've got to have either the money or insurance or they won't see you at all. Second the doctor suggested I get the arm and hand braces for my carpal tunnel and the doctors office charged me $75 for each one. I later went to Walmart and saw the same exact braces for $15.00 for BOTH OF THEM TOGETHER!!!I overpaid $135.00!!!I was only making $8.00 an hour at the time so this amount was significant.I saw never again. EVER!

I used to like My Childrens @ Lake Highlands. Clean, nice staff, no long waits, but it quickly declined. Once we were called to come in at a later time and then upon arrival we were told that we missed the appointment (the original appointment time) and that no such call was made. They tried to reschedule for several weeks later, but when I showed them my call log to show they HAD called me they magically fit me in the next day. Then we get scheduled for mid August for the next checkup. They call me a few weeks before the appointment to tell me the doctor has scheduled a meeting that day and they need to reschedule for nearly two weeks later than the original appointment day. Then the Friday before the appointment they call to reschedule again because the our doctor is no longer in that office and no other doctor will be in the office that day. Now the appointment is yet another week later. We will go to this appointment if it actually happens but we will be finding a new doctor in the meantime.
