Rude people. Can't wait to pay off my car. They will start calling the day after a missed paymt (I forgot) and I mean call you multiple times per day, every day, from 2-3 different local or non local numbers! Crazy! Your contract will say a 10-day grace period but they will tell you rudely that "...a grace period doesn't mean a thing!"...

This spring, Atlas advertised heavily in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram for investors to earn 9+% secured on asset based investments. My 85 year old Father invested $11,200 - hoping to add a little less than $100 a month to his and my Mother's income. Atlas has not paid interest on his money since July. James Warner, CEO, sent a letter of intention to began interest payments again in 6 months. After receiving the letter, my Dad requested for the return of his money, twice, by certified letter (he has made numerous other requests by phone). Currently, they have not returned ANY PORTION OF MY DAD'S INVESTMENT.
