This business does not keep accurate records. They set an appointment window and don't keep it. I had to pay $60 up front on a card just to hold a spot for them to come out and diagnose what was wrong with the machine. I was told my machine needed a part and made an appointment for a follow-up time. The technician confirmed the appointment and then later called to say the part was not in. This was understandable with it being the holidays. A representative called me and set another appointment when the part arrived however the tech did not show within the appointment hours. I called to inquire and was told another part of the repair shop handled that part of the business and I would get a call back. I am still waiting for the call back.
TERRIBLE COMPANY! They told me that I needed to be home from 9-1 and I confirmed my appointment with them and took off work the next day. They called me that morning twice within 30 minutes. Because I did not answer they told me that I had to reschedule my appointment since I was the first call. I then called them back 25 times within the next hour with the phone ringing once and going straight to voicemail. GE is the company that referenced this company. The only reason GE uses them is because they do not have any other dealers in the area. The office managers name is Beverly and when I actually did get a hold of her she hung up on me twice. I think she runs the company with her husband so that is why she believes she could treat me the way she did.
Jerry came over today to fix our Visio TV. He did a great job, was prompt, polite and even made suggestions to help us keep it from happening in the future. Nice guy.
Sears sent this company over. They said that they would come the next day to fix my dryer, two weeks later noone! They never answer their phones either. SMH SHAME ON SEARS for using this piece of crap company. I have to go through the process of getting a new company to come look at my dryer leaving me without a dryer for whole month .
I saw a bad review on this business ,but we called anyway Samsung recommended them highly I was quite impressed with the skill level of the technician that worked on the washer, I see you can't please everyone but hate to see people try to tear down small business, these guys are great
