The receptionist is very sweet, friendly and knowledgeable! However the escrow officer Jessica is very rude and sneaky. We closed on a sale and she added a percentage on their commission, fortunately for us we checked our papers and made her aware and she acted bothered after it was her fault. Every time we meet with her she is very rude and makes rude comments. Her service is horrible she is not helpful at all and rushes through everything. We are finalizing some other transactions but after this we will never return.
Horrible service! bad everything! Avoid if possible. They screwed up my title work on my house. They are very unprofessional. Please if you use them check your paperwork; , apparently its your job to make sure the title work is correct.
Kelli and the Ladies are friendly and courteous, and always ready to help, or offer a suggestion.
Don't use them. They royally messed up the closing on our house. For weeks the date was set for 11/4 (a Monday) pending a few different things. Most importantly that our mortgage lender had all their documentation to United Title Company 3 business days before the closing date, which we know for a fact happened because we kept in close touch with our bank about this. But then the Friday before close at 2 in the afternoon United Texas Title called our realtor and told them we would not be closing on Monday morning because they just got the documents they need from our bank today- complete BS. AND that they didn't know if it was being pushed to Tuesday or Wednesday because it takes up to two business days for Frannie Mae to approve (we were buying a forclosure). We've gotten PTO approved for the close day from both mine and my husband employers, gas, water, internet all scheduled to be set up, etc. And at this last minute they are changing our close date based on a lie! Never use this title company.
I was calling for information about Texas titles, I had no prior knowledge. The lady I spoke with was rather nice and helped me out great!
