I recently rented a car from this company. I was on business trip with my wife in Dallas. I traditionally rent with Enterprise, Alamo, Budget, Ace, and others in that I travel quite a bit and try different companies. What attracted me was the rate and the airport pickup. Both held true. When we arrived at DFW we received a text from our pickup telling us when we secure our bags, text him back, and he will pick us up right outside in 5 minutes. That happened!!!! He brought a brand new vehicle and then drove us a short distance outside the airport where he explained this is the location where we were to return our rental car. We filled out the rental paperwork while still in the vehicle, nice a cool and comfortable, and he then gave us the vehicle with a full tank of gas. Both my wife and I were surprised in that we never received this level of service. During the rental period I called the company, talked with Marcus at Ausby, and he explained that I return the car to the same location with a full tank of gas, and my $100.00 security deposit will be refunded to my credit card. This happened timely as well!!!! I only saw new vehicle within the Ausby return area, and as explained to me by Marcus, all the rental vehicles have sensors on them to track when they are returned to their rental car lot. Additionally, the rental car lot is collocated with a Best Western Hotel that provides hour on the hour shuttle service back to the airport. The Best Western staff is very friendly and cooperative and catered well to us a Ausby customers. I WOULD recommend this company!!! I read some of the other reviews and it is evident that the renters did not understand the rental process and did not give the company time to address their concerns. I would use this company again. Just be ready for a different experience and stay in touch with the company during and after the rental period to insure they can provide you your security deposit back after the rental and address any of your concerns during the rental period. Finally, it was a good experience, just a little different and better that others. The company is a new company and growing; but once you understand their system you will develop a level of comfort with them.
This is an airport car rental site. The agent at the desk was not friendly at all but very professional and was all about getting them in and getting them out (which I can appreciate). The young man that handled my car selection was awesome. I had a premium car reserved and he read my mind. He also let me get through the process even quicker because my flight was a little late getting in. The car was a head-turner and gave me no issues. The return was as easy as parking it on the return level and handing the keys to one of the agents walking around. The CON: I got one rental agreement emailed to me when I picked out the car and extras and another when I returned the vehicle. Although I opted out of the refueling charge it was slipped onto my 2nd rental agreement. I have a feeling that this mistake isn't a rare one and suggest that everyone ALWAYS READ YOUR RECEIPTS! Another PRO however: They were extremely quick to address the issue and refund the charge as soon as I wrote them a request. The only reason they get 4 out of 5 stars.
This was our first time using E-Z Rent-A-Car - now they are my #1 choice. They SAVED me over $50 a day from what I would have paid at another car rental agency. Michael, our agent at the Dallas Airport, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and professional throughout our entire rental process. He gave us a map, with both our destination route highlighted and turn-by-turn directions. He also gave us directions and tips for avoiding the toll roads in Dallas. Our rental car, a Chevrolet Envision, was very clean and in great shape. Our original car rental reservation, at a different car rental company, had run out of cars, leaving us stranded with no transportation. We were on a time deadline and were very stressed. When we found E-Z Rent-A-Car, we were so thankful. I highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again and again!
The staff were very friendly and overall the experience was pretty good. They only had 2 compact cars to choose from (same model, different colors). Not a big deal for me really. The only part that was weird was when I returned the car, a woman approached me with my final bill and told me I was being billed for a gas surcharge. I found this particularly strange because she literally just walked up to me without checking anything about my vehicle. I had just filled up the gas tank at the nearest gas station before returning and yet I was being charged for gas? I asked her how she knew how much gas I had in the tank without looking and then she changed her tune and took the charge off, but didn't explain why I was being charged in the first place. Makes me wonder if they just charge everyone and hope some people don't notice...
We use Enterprise for our business travels and I have always been pleased with their service. It took less than 30 mins to get the rental and drive out (I was the picky one and took longer than necessary) :). The employees at DFW are very professional and attentive. I didn't feel pressured that I had to drive out in the first car we came to. I was able to choose the color of and brand of car I wanted to drive. At the drop off the attendant was also very nice and it attentive. Every single time I have been to this office, I have been pleased with their service and I recommend them highly! They really take care of you and they have the best customer service of any other car rental that I have personally used..thank you Enterprise!
My father and I went to Toyota of Dallas to purchase my first vehicle. When we got there we were greeted right away and a salesman was able to help us promptly. Overall, they had a great selection. I didn't know what kind of car I wanted and what would be best for a first car. My salesman, Nicholas Madl, was very knowledgeable and explained what was best for what I was looking for. He was able to answer every question! He was super friendly and easy to talk to. I'm still building my credit but he was able to work with the managers to get me a great deal. I ended up taking home a corolla s and am highly satisfied. I'll always stay with a Toyota because of how reliable they are. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone!
The staff was very friendly and booking was easy. The vehicle was clean, except for a bottle and a package of bbq sauce in the back seat. We were in and out of there very quickly. Maybe too quickly - the gentleman that walked us out to our car never showed us how to operate it. I didn't even know how to start it - keyless. Panel said Navigation, but not sure what that was or how to turn it on. Never having been to Texas before I was hoping it was GPS. Maybe it was. Didn't know how to turn the lights on or the wipers. Drop off was quick and easy and the price was reasonable. Overall it was a good experience, once I figured out on my own how to operate the car.
My experience with the Oak Lawn Enterprise location was amazing. I was able to book a vehicle of interest online with a weekend promo code. Although this location was small, I was able to receive my selected category in a timely manner. In addition, the staff took the initiative to ensure the vehicle was clean prior to my use. After returning the vehicle, I was able to be transported to my vehicle at another location. I would like to thank Mgr. Michael and the staff for their dedication to servicing my rental needs.
I was treated very well. I arrived and there was one person in line and one attendant. A few other people arrived just behind me and all of the sudden, three or four more attendants came out and Martin called me up. He was very helpful. He took me out and showed me the choices and set me up in my vehicle. I drove to the exit gate where the attendant there gave me great directions to where I needed to go. This location to me is the best. The only problem I had on this last return was the manger. She did not give me time to get out of the car before she inspect the car.. No hello, was your rental pleasing are anything. I am not use to that. So I let them know my trip was good until I got back to this office. For a manger she needs to work on her people skills. She was so rude and nasty. Sorry I could have given you a five star rental but good customer service goes a long way.
