I also had a incident were we paid to exchange a ticket and then could not board the bus. After at least 5 calls I was able to get the time changed .For God sake get these people some training and make them be held ACCOUNTABLE. I am rating this company as a 1 star only because there is no option available for a Zero rating.My brother was booking a trip from Orlando to Boca Raton. The charge should have been $62.00 including the $2.50 charge. I volunteered to pay for the ticket with my credit card. I saw no information online about an $18.00 surcharge if I used my card instead of his. This is highway robbery and as far as I am concerned fraud.
This is the worst bus service, greyhound don't give a dam because the people are limit to bus service because if there was another bus service going to Wichita Falls I would take it but that is ok I will drive. I am going to contact our congressmen and who ever I need we need to do something about this because you people are up there collecting a check for not do a damm and as far as customer service that is a joke and Gracie someone needs to cut her ass off. Worse service ever, they lost my baggage and I kept going to the station, the only thing they said was file a claim I filed the stupid claim and went back to ask the status, then they say I have to call the bus stations, I called and the lady said she would put my luggage information on a system where everyone would know my luggage is missing, called corporate first agent was rude told me there's nothing in the system, and then transferred me to a station that didn't have any idea what was going on I called again the next day had to repeat myself and the woman I talked to was even rude refused to transfer me to someone else and gave me the same excuse the agent before gave me about there only being one supervisor for the day which I think is very stupid and they all use that same excuse, she placed me on hold and refused to transfer me to someone else
There is no way I would use this bus system. My daughter is a soldier traveling from Killeen to Tyler. She is 18 in high school btw. The bust left early in Dallas to Tyler leaving her stranded in Dallas in a bad area at 7pm. They told her she would have to pay 20 more dollars to take the next bus at 8 in the morning the following day. Meanwhile we video chat to see nothing but bodies on the floor uh... Drugged out...They were rude and when we contacted the customer service department they played dumb. She suggested I pick her up being I'm roughly two hours away. So ..........DO NOT USE GRAYHOUND BUS! IT WILL BE YOUR WORSE NIGHTMARE. THEY STEAL FROM OUR MILITARY.
I was,sold a fraudulent ticket in cheyenne on 1/27/17 @-8 PMI requested a ticket to salt lake city.I paid $136 in cash. When I returned to my hotel, the ticket was to Denver.At Denver there was a 7 hour wait for the bus to salt lAke which went back through Cheyenne. This is either a sick joke or incompetence. It is a crime.
I live in reno nv. last week i drove to our greyhound depot. To my horror a black man had set up housekeeping by the front door. As i walked in i found that all the foods for passengers were gone. so i went up to a very unfriendly foreign man who had a very hard time answering any questions about my upcoming trip. NOT helpful at all. he did give me a number to call. so i went to the far side to make my call, where i found another black man sleeping on the floor. I could not wait to leave!! i must go back in feb. for my trip, but i do not feel i will be safe there. How can a company put people in danger just waiting for a bus out of town??? Why would they allow homeless people live inside the depot?? not to mention the place is filthy. I'm getting my car fixed so I do not EVER have to go back there after my trip. OUTRAGEOUS!!!
