Yes, their customer service is in India and just terrible. For a month, we were given the same runaround over the phone as anybody else. But we were lucky enough to live a drivable distance from Nissan Motor Acceptance Corp, so we finally went to the Nissan campus. We met with K** L****, who …

I called a few companies but Diversified Financial Network just felt like the right fit. Everything went smooth and I was really pleased with the level of professionalism they displayed. They explained everything to me, answered all my questions and I never felt rushed or pressured. I would say the entire process was quick and painless and would certainly recommend them.
In my opinion, Diversified Financial Network is a company with a staff who really listens to what you might need financially and then will, quite frankly, bend over backwards to accommodate those needs. The process is painless, fast and straight forward. Our little company has worked with DFN a few times now...and we have always been well-served.
This business is HORRIBLE do not come here. This place is horrible I found a add on craiglist under the cars by owner. ok so I figure out their a dealership. so I'm texting the apparent owner. and he start insulting me because he trying to charge me 25.99 % interest rate . saying that I'm unable to pay the bills. I had 5100 down. think ima accept a 25.99. A hahaha laughed in his face. then he starts talking about my education level because I told him to shove the car up his u know where.. don't be fooled by the cross he seems religious but is entirely a crook
Horrible experience, called once to opt out received mail still for almost a year. called back twice recently to make sure i opted out and found out that their systems can duplicate your info so you are in the system twice. So i was opted out. that was a few weeks ago, today i get another piece of mail(that is the 3rd piece of mail i received in one month, kinda ridiculous) So i called to see if i was opted out, this time i got on the phone with their director John and he was a rude person, misunderstood me and accused me of lying to one of their employees, said if i had more problems that i would call him directly, when i asked for his number he hung up on me. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. ALL I WANT IS TO STOP RECEIVING MAIL,IF WANTED THAT INFO I WOULD SEEK IT. Thumbs down to this company, and i wish that the company would hire more polite people for their customer service. I will make sure to not recommend this company to anyone i know
This spring, Atlas advertised heavily in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram for investors to earn 9+% secured on asset based investments. My 85 year old Father invested $11,200 - hoping to add a little less than $100 a month to his and my Mother's income. Atlas has not paid interest on his money since July. James Warner, CEO, sent a letter of intention to began interest payments again in 6 months. After receiving the letter, my Dad requested for the return of his money, twice, by certified letter (he has made numerous other requests by phone). Currently, they have not returned ANY PORTION OF MY DAD'S INVESTMENT.
