The staff and doctors at both offices are awesome! Always friendly, always fast and always helpful. The doctors actually care about their patients and the people in the office are always so nice. If you're looking for a good eye doctor, definitely check Dr Pham's office out!
This was the worst experience I have ever had. After having lasix at Key Whitman 2 years ago I am back in glasses (which I had to pay for) and II squint if I try to see without them. Lifetime guarantee means nothing because I am ""just teatering"" on getting a corrective surgey covered. They …
Maintain your own records or you can kiss your money and your warranty goodbye. I went to a national retailer at two different locations for my annual eye exams and when I went back to get the copies required for my lasik warranty I was told that the various doctors take the records with them …

What a great gem in the Dallas-Fort Worth community. As a newbie to wearing glasses, I was very selective about my choice of frames. Well, I stumbled upon Fashion Optical, and what luck it was. The staff are extremely professional, patient, and not pushy. The collection of eyewear is impeccable. ♧♡
I have worn glasses for years and have been to the eye doctor many times. This was the most horrible experience I have ever had. Dr. Rebecca Hannah wrote my prescription. I ordered 3 pairs of glasses. They came back and they were bad wrong (they wrote down a 1.00 but I've been at a 2.25 for a decade). I called multiple times and left messageHe's but they would not respond). I went to their office about 4:20, explained the issue to Dr. Hanna and she took the prescription, changed the numbers randomly and handed it back to me. I asked to have my eyes rechecked and she was upset and barked orders to staff to hurry up and get me processed. She never apologized for the gross error, inconvenience or problem created. She kept saying I was too young to need a stronger lense. When leaving she rudely said, in the future come in earlier (I had to squeeze in time to make the long trip back to have HER error fixed. The optical store has a question about another's possible error and have called multiple times and they will not call back. Also, on my first visit, they made me wait forever in the room so a Dr could come in to sell me a lense implant....never came. They are rude, unprofessional and incompetent.
Very disappointing and frustrating. Sketchy looking facility, with uncomfortable fitting area where you just stand near counter while the tech walks to the back way down the hall to make each adjustment. They were never able to make them fit correctly. Frames are crooked, too loose, and hurt my ears, but after several attempts bending arms and earpieces every which way they said it wasn't possible to fix them further. I felt like they were just rushing me out. I've never had glasses which could not be adjusted properly before. And I see LESS well with them than with my old pair, I presume due to poor lenscrafting, as the prescription had not changed much at all. I've stuffed some tape into space where the arm meets the front of frame to prevent arm from opening so wide they fall from my face. I paid extra for supposedly higher quality frames. I feel ripped off, and sick that I still can't see right.
The exam was very rushed and I am not comfortable with the results. After the glasses were picked out, they were ordered. None of the staff called and notified me that the glasses arrived. Four weeks after the exam I called and they said they came in. The staff is very unprofessional and they want you in and out and your money of course. Afterwards, I went to a national chain and got another exam done and the results were different. I was measured for my glasses and everything was as expected. I highly recommend taking your business somewhere else.
I will start by stating that the doctor did a phenomenal job on my prosthetic but the woman at the front desk ruined this experience for me. After I had my prosthetic made and put in, it was time to pay. I couldn't pay the $3000.00 in full so I requested a payment plan. I paid them $1500 then and requested a payment plan for the rest. I would think $500 a month would be reasonable but nope, not to her. They have a policy to where they don't offer payment plans. So, I told the lady at the front desk that I couldn't pay the entire balance and her response was "Well, then we will just have to take your prosthetic out". Not only is this incredibly insensitive but it also violates the FDCPA (Fair Debt Collection Practice Act). It states that you cannot use coercive language in an effort to collect a debt. She did just that. The company also violates the FDCPA by not allowing patients to make payments. The FDCPA states that an organization must provide reasonable means to pay a debt owed. They don't do that either. The only reason I haven't filed a case with the FDCPA is because the doctor did a great job and shouldn't be punished for a rouge employee. So, while I am grateful for the work the doctors have done for me, I left that office with no desire to ever go back.
I called in advance to ask what the closing time was they told me 5 so i rushed out of work got there exactly at 4:50 to find no one there lights off nothing. Super inconvenient i just needed to pick up my daughter's glasses. Last time I'm coming here.
PEC has had my prescription redo for over three weeks now and I can't get anyone to call me back. Any suggestions on next steps!?! I've already paid - of course. I notice they are not BBB accredited, which should have been my first red flag.
